I have a very worst review for Mirraw. These people are scammers, in the beginning all my orders were well received despite the cheap quality and defect items sent. After some orders placed they grab people money stating that the item is unavailable and this was the last piece so choose from a list similar items, then they didn’t reply to your selection and sent an email that they are processing with refund. I get so many refund emails that refund processed successfully by mirraw site but these were no evidence of refund processed by effecting bank transaction. They conned people by adding this money to Mirraw wallet so that you have no choice than to spend the money on them. When you disagree you want your refund in your original source you effected payment i.e your visa bank account, they sent different kind of emails from different people in mirraw as if they are new to your problem each time asking same questions and dear friends this with go on until you GO COMPLETELY MAD!! This happened with me I regret that it could happen to you or you are already a victim of scam as I am. Please beware these people don't refund money they just grab money and sent hanging threads bad stithing poor and cheap quality products. Don't ordered if you find that you are unable to proceed with payment by paypal e.g your money is not converted rightly to usd in checkout this is not due to technical problems but they have deliberately manipulated the system so that you people whom they treat as stupid will turn to pay with debit /credit card without creating or paying by paypal where you get the right customer protection against such fraudulent seller! !! Beware !!!

Wish I could give 0 Stars .. This is an Absolute Fraud company.. They provide cheap quality products when return request is initiated the pick up is done on the very next day.. but the refund amount has not been transferred since more than 3 weeks now. I see reviews over the internet now .. people stating that they are still fighting for their refunds for over an year. All I can hope for is people who read my review do not go for this company. I ordered a saree on 6th Nov 2020 and paid for it upfront. It was a Diwali gift for a cousin of mine. The parcel has NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE - 18th November. The parcel arrived in my city (as per the tracking system ) and stayed at their office for 6 days without being delivered. I have repeatedly been complaining to the customer service executive and all they can tell me is that it will get delivered. Besides that, they keep saying the executive was unable to deliver. I am still making complaints to the Mirraw office and the courier Wowexpress. Their service needs a 0 rating. I am unable to give that. Hence I have given it a single star. Mirraw please deliver asap.

Extremely cheap material and fake pictures, The sizes make no sense None of the Kurtis ordered I can wear .The saree sent is cheap transparent material. It took 1month to ship after please dont get fooled by this seller.My money went in trash.

Mirraw had a sale buy 1 get 3 free. So I ordered some sale stuff along with some regular priced item. Once the order was complete they send me email saying 3 of my sale priced item was defective and that was the last one i need to provide with replacement product id.meanwhile those 3 products were listed on their site as new products again while I was being told lies. After I provided the replacement Id’s rhey said it was more than 3 days and they are processing the refund. I wanted the refund in the original form of payment instead they refunded the money in mirraw wallet even after I told them not to and they assured me they will refund in the original form of payment. Never doing business with them. Its not my first time bad experience with them. First time i took it as normal problem. Since it happened again I will say this is their policy and thats how they steal peoples money.

If there is zero or negative then I would give that I stead of 1 star. I bought clothes for my daughter and son and both were wrong sizes. My daughter’s was too small and my son’s was too big. Both are useless to me. Very poor customer service. Wrong size was shipped to me in US. I ordered size 14 for my girl and they sent size 5 which is useless to my girl coz it’s way too small. I tried working with customer service for several days to return or replace the top as returning shippping from US is $50 for the product so I asked them to replace just the top or send me return shipping label coz it’s not my mistake but they kept repeating the return policy instead of sorting the issue with me. Will never ever order from Mirraw and will make sure none of my friends order from Mirraw. Worst experience.

Giving one star as I can't give NEGATIVE star rating. Very fraudster site. Had ordered 3 tops for my partner. Money got deducted and received notification that order has been cancelled. On calling customer care center, they said they did'nt receive the money. Clarified with my bank also. They said money has been credited in the account of Mirraw. TO add to the misery, mirraw sends a mail to me confirming my order status as received/cancelled/re-order with the only option enabled was received. TOTALLY FRAUD website. NEVER ever buy anything from this website. Refund my money you cheatsters.

Bahut hi bkar service hai, Maine irraw se Order No M9164983375 Date 03.10.2020 ko total Item mangawaye the, usme se 3 item maine return kar diye the, Muze bataya gaya tha ki muze mera refund 7-8 dino ke andar mil jayega, Lekin ab 30 din ho gaye abtak muze mera refund nahi mila hai. Daily call aur mail kar raha hu lekin abtak muze refund nahi mila hai. Please yaha se koi bhi chij mat kharido, Ye logo ko chutiya banate hai...........
