I purchased 3 items with custom stitching on September 23rd & constantly asked for the pictures of the actual items to be sent via what's app or email prior to stitching & supplying measurements - been past a month yet & nothing , when I opened a dispute for this unprofessional service they tell me everything is stitched already - HOW ??? I haven't supplied any measurements what so ever and these were gifts for 3 different people? To top it all - they keep repeating that they have " actioned my ticket /query" & they have resolved all issues - How ???? Extremely disappointing & NOT RECOMMENDED

I wish I could just not select any star and give a largest negative rating. I ordered 3 products from MIRRAW and two of them arrived with a delay though I wasnt much concerned for the delay as i know this is pandemic times and I m sensible enough to let it go... it these two products (an ankle and toe ring) just twisted, broke in a day...the third item was a nose ring and it never was delivered. I waited for more than 3 weeks and demanding a refund but they are still not initiating it. I bought items worth 1k and I had just spent more time , energy and money for no good products from Mirraw. They are just another cheap product sellers and cheaters. I WARN YOU TO NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM MIRRAW. THERE ARE MANY OTHER GOOD WEBSITES THAT DELIVER IN A DAY WITH GOOD QUALITY.

Any dress is not of worth , brought a saree for 4200/- hoping it would be nice but It was a second hand product !!!!Worst experience ever , This is a second hand dress website , If you wanna buy second hand product with high rates then continue with your shopping !!!!

Very disappointing.!!! Quality and product is not a up to the mark.!! And picture and product both are different.!!! Never going to shop again from mirraw.!!
