Stitched Products are customized to your measurements, cannot be resold/returned and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds.
If you are not happy with the product you have received, don't worry. You can always ship it back to us within 7 days without any deductions.
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

I acknowledge your position regarding the 7-day policy. However, I must clearly state that I do not accept this as a valid resolution in a case where the product supplied is incorrect. This is not a discretionary return or a delayed complaint about preference. The dress delivered to me was not stitched to the size ordered (36) and therefore does not match the product purchased. Supplying an incorrect item is a fulfilment error, and responsibility for that does not disappear after an arbitrary time limit. I raised the issue immediately upon discovering it. The delay was solely due to me being abroad and unable to check the item earlier. This does not change the fact that the item supplied was wrong. Your repeated reliance on policy, without addressing the core issue — that the product delivered was incorrect — is disappointing and not customer-centric. Reputable companies do not close cases involving clear supplier errors simply by referencing internal timelines.
Well made dress. I was so skeptical ordering online and it pleasantly turned out to be a great buy. Loved the custom stitching and also how the customer service was. They responded to you ASAP and in end everything turned out better than I expected. Thank you so much . Suit is just lovely for wedding event. Can’t wait to wear it and sparkle!
Excellent, excellent, excellent on all fronts. While the initial order placement was a bit shakey, we had a lovely client manager (Peter), who kept me assured and informed about my order. It was a custom stitched lehenga and the material and stitching was so amazing, I’m truly shocked. I feel so happy writing this not only because I’m happy with the product but the team was sooooo great. From Peter to the stitching team. I now have my official wedding and celebrations website forever!! Next up I’ll try the jewellery too.
I give a 5 star rating to the fabulous prices, fantastic quality, and totally unmatched customer service I received from Mirraw. I shopped for my family during their Sankranti and Ramadaan sale and some of the items I ordered turned out smaller than I had expected. It was clearly my problem because I had not measured the exact chest/waist/hip measurements correctly. I contacted Harsh at the California call center and he immediately stepped up to work my returns and exchanges with the sizes that worked for me. He showed great empathy and professionalism which made me go out and buy more from them. My money did not go waste one bit and he ensured that I had a pleasurable experience.
