Stitched Products are customized to your measurements, cannot be resold/returned and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds.
If you are not happy with the product you have received, don't worry. You can always ship it back to us within 7 days without any deductions.
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Interesting! I just posted a review and gave them one star - review has been removed within minutes. I wonder how long this one will remain ... Here is the original review, I give it 5 stars which is ironical of course! Worst online shopping experience ever! We ordered two clothes out of Germany as a wedding gift, to be delivered inside India. After three weeks(!), only one garment (saree) was delivered, after numerous incorrect info-mails re delivery status. Yesterday came the dispatch info for the second garment, when checking the tracking no. it said that the parcel was not picked up as the order was cancelled, which was confirmed by the seller. We requested a refund which was granted (as the goods were never delivered and the gift wrap for which we had paid was not made). Now, we are informed that we have to return the garment (which we never received) to the seller. Luckily we have two days left before the wedding to look for another present, but we will obviously never order again with Mirraw as they are unreliable. Or maybe they cancelled the second part of our order because we complained about the poor handling of the first part, trying to get rid of unpleasant customers?? was very impressed with the quality of the lenghas I ordered We had three lenghas with custom stitching that I was initially hesitant about. Ruchira from the stitching department went above and way way beyond to communicate with me to model how to take measurements and gave suggestions when the measurements I had sent were wrong. She worked with me professionally over several days to get my order just right. Ruchira even called me to confirm the measurements. I cannot emphasize how well the lenghas and Cholis fit. Ruchira did all of this with utmost courtesy and patience. Based on this response from Ruchira several other orders from myself and friends were placed. For this same order, the sherwani they sent us ( not the stitching department) was the wrong size. Customer response was prompt and they said they will be shipping the correct size sherwani no additional cost to us. Happy customer.
