order no- M513366302. I purchased one marcketing bag from mirraw.com and paid Rs.693.00 through cash on delivery Order on 06.03.2020. But I returned the sellers item due to duplicate item within 3 days. Ticket actioned #2138830. I have not received my refund money till today. so kindly help me. I think the seller is a cheating person.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I’D GIVE 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE! FRAUDS I ordered a lengha for my wedding in January it arrived on the 22nd January with stains and marks all over the blouse fabric, I sent an email that day to request a replacement with photos attached , after not hearing back a couple days later I sent the same email again, I proceeded to this this 6 time’s!!! 3 weeks later still not reply (after sending messages to their WhatsApp number as well - they read every single message and saw photos).. further 2 weeks after that I still had no reply (I send them numerous emails again in this time as well) I finally found a U.K. number to call them on. After 2 weeks of being promised a replacement was on its way, nothing arrived. They DO NOT response to emails. they DO NOT call you back!. Finally after 7 weeks I got to speak to a supervisor who said they will issue a refund to my wallet to replace the order. I FIND IT EXTREMELY HYSTERICAL THEY THINK I WOULD WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN OR GIVE THEM MORE MONEY... after an HOUR on the phone he finally agreed to refund it back to my payment card and asked if I would accept his apology! 😂😂😂 I think it is absolutely DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE, DISGRACEFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL the way I have been treated and all I wanted was a blouse to be replaced, which I got told 7 weeks later isn’t possible without them sending the whole outfit again (I told them they could send the whole outfit if that’s what it took!) So I am now without an outfit for my wedding in 2 months time! And I have to go and find something! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL OPEN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!

This is not the first time I have been disappointed with Mirraw. I guess I didn't learn my lesson. My last order did not look anything as pictured! They left off important design details. The stitching was not even straight. The fabric was so lightweight and cheap. I have emailed back and forth. I even called their U.S. number. I just get the "run-around." Apparently, since it was "stitched" I can NOT get a refund. This is ridiculous because it is the stitching that is so unacceptable. NOT MY FAULT! BUYER BEWARE! There are so any other Indian clothing companies that put this one to shame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry...like me!

My dress was soo ugly, cheap material and no shape at all, they requested a photo of what i received and i sent it, when they notice that its not what i ordered, they saying that they can only refund 10% of what i paid and i can keep the so called dress as good gesture!!!!! They are very bad, i dont recommend them at all.

One of the pierce earring that you send me it’s loose when you push it at the back and furthermore can you put a gold color at the back of the pierce earring not a clear plastic one because it’s ugly at the back of earring especially it you have a short hair you can’t hide those clear plastic at the back how can I order those color yellow for the back of the earrings I have two gold ones but some doesn’t fit the others most of them are all clear ones for the back I hope you will get back to or hope you answer me thank you

I have had a horrible experience with mirraw, first my order wasn't received when i expected it too, then when I messaged an employee I got told they canceled my order, then I was told they were gonna process it, and it's been a month and I was assured I was gonna receive my order but now I have messaged them yet again being told the designer sent in a damage product, excuses over and over again. I don't recommend and will never order from this website again.

I have received blouse which had black stains on it. Another item design is not the same as what I ordered. Another blouse color is different. The Kurtis quality are bad. Very bad quality products.
