Charged me double for plus sizing, even though there is nothing on the site that says so. When I got the product the embroidery wasn't even added from the second outfit. Terrible customer service as well.

Fraud company, do not order anything from this site. Placed an order on 12th August and further no communication when it will be delivered though they send automatic mails saying shipment is in transit and will be delivered in 4-5 working days as per last week of August. Trying to lure customers by offering fake discounts

I have been trying to get a hold of your team for the last 2 days regarding the cancellation of 2 orders that were placed on my behalf without my consent. As per your terms and conditions I ensured that both cancellation requests were sent less than 24 hours after the orders were placed. I have not yet received any replies to any of my emails and have not been able to get into contact with a customer agent via the number provided on your website despite being placed on hold for more than 45 minutes. Very poor customer service. I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further if I receive no confirmation about my cancellations in the next 24 hours

Very Poor customer service , I couldn't connect to them .The sari quality is very bad.And the blouse customization is not as expected.One of items in my order was never delivered and refund is still not credited back to my card.This was first time I shopped with Mirraw, and the experience was really bad.

Their customer service never pick phone. Cloth quality is not even worth 2 dollars They say custom stitching but they didn't do any of my customization

Received my necklace which looks just like the photos. Great customer service who patiently addressed my queries at every turn. Shipping was taken care of well despite covid issues, would buy again! thank you!

Worst customer service experience. When my product arrived the blouse material was already torn (they had used very old material), and I contacted them. They told me to go to a tailor and get it stitched, and I said it’s the material not the stitching. The lady didn’t understand the issue. And my lehenga didn’t come with cancan even though I paid for it my stitching measurements were wrong. I’ve been calling customer service and they hang up!

I received my earrings today that I ordered from Mirraw. and to my disappointment when I opened the packaging it was broken. I paid a lot for courier charges for I am in SA and yet they say shipping is free but I paid for Shipping with my purchase and I paid for the earrings to be delivered, the delivery cost more than the earrings what SCAMMERS and a bunch of deceitful bunch of idiots you are, selling cheap stuff that breaks total daylight robbery ....Don't trust you ever again and will never recommend you to anyone I meet in SA ..Indians in India always get a bad name for cheating ..now I know why ROBBERS
