I received my earrings today that I ordered from Mirraw. and to my disappointment when I opened the packaging it was broken. I paid a lot for courier charges for I am in SA and yet they say shipping is free but I paid for Shipping with my purchase and I paid for the earrings to be delivered, the delivery cost more than the earrings what SCAMMERS and a bunch of deceitful bunch of idiots you are, selling cheap stuff that breaks total daylight robbery ....Don't trust you ever again and will never recommend you to anyone I meet in SA ..Indians in India always get a bad name for cheating ..now I know why ROBBERS

Mirraw promised to pay customs for my international order but no one is responding to me now. And my shipment is getting late . Can someone responsible contact me? Sarosh imran cell 16395600185

No 1 useless & fake site. I ordrered kurtis & paid online .It took the payment & after sometime it showed as cancelled . I am following up with Customer care lady Pratibha & one man Manoj they are telling refund is processed but one month over refund is still not come . Big fraud .I am going to lodge police complaint against mirraw. Never every buy from this site

order no- M513366302. I purchased one marcketing bag from mirraw.com and paid Rs.693.00 through cash on delivery Order on 06.03.2020. But I returned the sellers item due to duplicate item within 3 days. Ticket actioned #2138830. I have not received my refund money till today. so kindly help me. I think the seller is a cheating person.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I’D GIVE 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE! FRAUDS I ordered a lengha for my wedding in January it arrived on the 22nd January with stains and marks all over the blouse fabric, I sent an email that day to request a replacement with photos attached , after not hearing back a couple days later I sent the same email again, I proceeded to this this 6 time’s!!! 3 weeks later still not reply (after sending messages to their WhatsApp number as well - they read every single message and saw photos).. further 2 weeks after that I still had no reply (I send them numerous emails again in this time as well) I finally found a U.K. number to call them on. After 2 weeks of being promised a replacement was on its way, nothing arrived. They DO NOT response to emails. they DO NOT call you back!. Finally after 7 weeks I got to speak to a supervisor who said they will issue a refund to my wallet to replace the order. I FIND IT EXTREMELY HYSTERICAL THEY THINK I WOULD WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN OR GIVE THEM MORE MONEY... after an HOUR on the phone he finally agreed to refund it back to my payment card and asked if I would accept his apology! 😂😂😂 I think it is absolutely DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE, DISGRACEFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL the way I have been treated and all I wanted was a blouse to be replaced, which I got told 7 weeks later isn’t possible without them sending the whole outfit again (I told them they could send the whole outfit if that’s what it took!) So I am now without an outfit for my wedding in 2 months time! And I have to go and find something! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL OPEN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!
