I heard from someone that the garments are pretty big. I therefore contacted customer support and asked for a smaller size (XL- S). They granted my request, no extra charge. The garment made it here prior to the estimated delivery date. The garment fits perfectly.
Very unhappy. It is NOT the color I ordered. I also paid extra for customization and requested sleeveless blouse. WHY is there sleeves on this blouse? I am very upset that Mirraw is not doing a good job on customer service. Why are you lying to the customer. I would like to file a customer complaint. Can you tell me why the color of the outfit is different than what I bought.Color in my order is royal blue. Why does it show a different color of teal. I attempted on multiple occasions to inquire about color and sleeveless blouse but got no help.
As i want to cancel my order no . M403223784 . I sent mail to mirrow also. i dont want to take it as I have seen bad reviews about the cloth quality. Please cancel my order as i will not pay for cheap material. Thanks Asha anybody can give customer care no.
I would give a 0 star if I could such a bad experience... here is my story On nov 18 I have ordered a greypink lenin saree and they gave me an expected delivery by dec 17th During this time the status of the order in app is such a thing it always says in stitching.. On dec 13 I myself emailed them and I got response back saying it sticking at 1:00 pm At 1:20 pm I recieved an email saying it’s out is stock and asking me if I can chose a replacement or refund I was frustrated by the time and had no more thoughts and asked for refund on dec 15 so I got email from representative named (nikhil duri) saying my refund is confirmed... Later I got email saying ignore previous email and sorry Checking my patience I called on dec 18 and the customer representative said it’s finished mam and we are dispatching it today and should get tracking email I never got it ... I also told him I will be away from home for a month and more and need to have product by dec20 or I need refund and he said fine Nothing happened.. on dec 20th I called again such a bad customer service... the guy says it’s in stitching now and wait for other 2 days.. so we could tell you where it is ... I told I don’t need it anymore refund my money back... huh he says we cannot refund you when it’s stitching it’s your problem if you are out of home... he took me to other level of frustration... I asked him if I can speak with their higher official (all this conversation went for 15 min or more between) he said we cannot refund if it’s stitched you should get it in 10 days.... Testing the patience... I am writing this review such that it gets to appropriate person at mirraw to take a call and have a better customer service
Worst experience with mirraw.com and their customer service, as per the guidelines, I cancelled one of my product from my order within 24 hours of placing the order, via the phone call. I was told the order is going to be cancelled and the return transaction email will be sent to me within 5 to 7 business days, even after 10 days i haven't received any transaction email, so again i called the service to ensure if the product is been cancelled or not, surprisingly it wasn't cancelled, so i tried cancelling the product as the product wasn't sent for stitching yet and i was told the same thing that to wait for 5 to 7 business days for the transaction receipt. But next day as per tracking all the products are sent for stitching, i tried emailing them, but the only answer i could get is sorry it went for stitching, now we cannot cancel this particular product. Apart from that, I bought some products from buy 1 get 4 offer, of which one of the product gets cancelled automatically. I don't recommend buying anything from mirraw.com
Hi ,I spoke with a guy from your call center in the USA regarding a cancellation which was required .Think his name was Jithen .He was absolutely rude and showed no interest in assisting me .He then goes on to provide me a phone number in India and a different email and mentioned this was the only person who can assist me ,Luckily for me I realized he was being arrogant and decided to call back to get someone else to try and assist and this guy was great .he cancelled the order in a minute .This call was on the 12/12/2019 around 10pm Australian time .I really am frustrated at his no care attitude to customers
Bad quality, wrong colour, and now to return the item im expected to be out of pocket £100GBP. The customer service is non-existent, i have tried to call numerous times but my call is being rejected!
I won't recommend anyone to buy anything on this site. I ordered one jewellery set online and when I received it is of cheap quality and one of the piece was broken. Instead of telephonic conversation and several emails my concern has not been addressed so far even after 15 days. I am a regular online buyer I never had a problem like this one before.
I didn’t like the product , and requested for return , however there is no communication from your end . Please let me know how to go about refund as I have paid 3.8k .
Worst customer service ever. When I placed my order, they would respond to my emails but as days passed they stopped answering to my emails regarding the order. More than 10 days and still no answer. The customer care number always says service unavailable or no one ever picks. I am still running around trying to get my order cancelled. Its been a month since I placed my order and still waiting. I was told it would be delivered on November 7th and it’s November 26 th today. Never coming back after this horrendous experience. Mirraw is a total scam.
