Product is good ,but not so.And in my invoice it was mentioned for 2th june,then I received it 5th june.If they mentioned exact time for delivery its good for All. Thank you.
The saree is good, as I expected. Satisfied with the quality... but the stiching, I requested for back hooks, but got front hook. But it is fine.. I am totally satisfied with the saree. blouse is little tighter
I am selecting one because there is no option to give a negative rating. Such a horrible experience i had with Mirraw. My order is not delivered for which i have already made payment and when i am trying to call Mirraw for refund the customer care is simply not picking my call. I'll need the refund for the product which was not delivered else i am going ahead and filing complaint against you frauds. Is this the way to treat clients, first time dealing with such unprofessionals
Just received my order lowest fabric quality for the saree. Salwar . On site it says cotton but when delivered cheapest jersey not fitting at all not worth the price very dissappointing wont recomend

Never got product; Never refunded my money. Despite continuous follow up and escalations, no action was taken. DO NOT TRUST THEM. You will end up losing money. They are good at cheating.
Extremely digusted with the jewellery delivered by mirraw. Drastic difference in the picture and reality. I ordered 3 but all went straight to the bin as soon as I opened it. Manufactured in a pathetic way, with lumps in the hooks. I would upload the photo but I wonder y we’re not able to. Not at all recommended. M574550570 Mirraw should be banned for deceiving people. Please do not waste your time on Mirraw. There are other good online shopping options instead. Yuck !!!!!!! Mirraw These frauds don’t even let me rate less than 2 stars. I would rate on minus if there was option.
As i want to cancel my order no . M403223784 . I sent mail to mirrow also. i dont want to take it as I have seen bad reviews about the cloth quality. Please cancel my order as i will not pay for cheap material. Thanks Asha anybody can give customer care no.
I would give a 0 star if I could such a bad experience... here is my story On nov 18 I have ordered a greypink lenin saree and they gave me an expected delivery by dec 17th During this time the status of the order in app is such a thing it always says in stitching.. On dec 13 I myself emailed them and I got response back saying it sticking at 1:00 pm At 1:20 pm I recieved an email saying it’s out is stock and asking me if I can chose a replacement or refund I was frustrated by the time and had no more thoughts and asked for refund on dec 15 so I got email from representative named (nikhil duri) saying my refund is confirmed... Later I got email saying ignore previous email and sorry Checking my patience I called on dec 18 and the customer representative said it’s finished mam and we are dispatching it today and should get tracking email I never got it ... I also told him I will be away from home for a month and more and need to have product by dec20 or I need refund and he said fine Nothing happened.. on dec 20th I called again such a bad customer service... the guy says it’s in stitching now and wait for other 2 days.. so we could tell you where it is ... I told I don’t need it anymore refund my money back... huh he says we cannot refund you when it’s stitching it’s your problem if you are out of home... he took me to other level of frustration... I asked him if I can speak with their higher official (all this conversation went for 15 min or more between) he said we cannot refund if it’s stitched you should get it in 10 days.... Testing the patience... I am writing this review such that it gets to appropriate person at mirraw to take a call and have a better customer service
