It was my first time buying off this site and I just received fabric that needs to be put together. I didn’t get a top either and I cannot use this. I wasn’t expecting to get multiple fabric that needs to be put together to create the outfit. Will be sending back unless I get an actual top sent
I ordered two of this product but the second pants is not the same one is different and I send emails with the image of the pants and replied me just apologies. Am I not paying for it?
I heard from someone that the garments are pretty big. I therefore contacted customer support and asked for a smaller size (XL- S). They granted my request, no extra charge. The garment made it here prior to the estimated delivery date. The garment fits perfectly.
Very unhappy. It is NOT the color I ordered. I also paid extra for customization and requested sleeveless blouse. WHY is there sleeves on this blouse? I am very upset that Mirraw is not doing a good job on customer service. Why are you lying to the customer. I would like to file a customer complaint. Can you tell me why the color of the outfit is different than what I bought.Color in my order is royal blue. Why does it show a different color of teal. I attempted on multiple occasions to inquire about color and sleeveless blouse but got no help.
The product and customer service I got was really not up to standard. The stitching is untidy, the lining is showing when you wear it and the colour of the dupatta is quite different shade from the kameez. Requested return and refund based on the quality of the product and after number of emails and calls they are only willing to give me 20 percent on the product.
I had placed an order M516650213 on 7.10.2019. the expected date of delivery was 13.10.2013. Even after constant follow-up with your toll free no 02266484300 and the Delhivery guys, I haven't received my parcel till date. The Dehlivery guys have confirmed that the parcel has reached the destination i.e. Mohali on 14.10.2019. They are just giving me false assurances and buying time. I will never place an order with Mirraw again. I'd rate your service with negative marking.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER. HARD EARNED MONEY WILL BE WASTED. I would even give zero star if there is an option for this. Very bad and pathetic customer service. No reply to emails. If you won't follow up, you product will be in stitching for ages. They take 3 months to deliver one stitched product where while ordering they promised to be delivered in 27 days. I have been following up since one month now, there is no update and my product is not yet delivered. After following up many times, they created the WAYBILL no. on DHL but didn't handover my product to DHL yet. @Mirraw: where is my order????????
Mirraw is one of the worst websites for Indian clothing. Their customer service is horrible. When I contacted them about an ill fitting garment. I got no response of help from them. They did not refund my money. Do Not buy for Mirraw, they are a waste of good money. From Malini Carmichael
I am calling and emailing to customer services & Sales team since 6 days. No one taking action. I am very surprise, customer service is very very poor. Even they provide me sales person What app phone No. I called & texted him couple of times. Look like no one care about customer
