NEGATIVE INFINITY IS MY RATING OMG...cant imagine such a reckless customer service. Not even a guilt for their inability to keep up their commitment. And on top of all this, I called 1 million times and they dont give any proper reply. Absolutely no customer service. There is no attitude to make the customer happy, not even a bot of thought to make up for the fault. I ordered a stuff to be delivered in 1 week and even after 3 weeks no news about it. At this rate they have to shut shop and run away. If I had an option of negative rating, I would give Mirraw NEGATIVE INFINITY dont buy anything from them, and loose your peace. Better order from Amazon, Flipkart,Snapdeal or anyone else.... BIG NO TO MIRRAW IN MY LIFEW

Iam really disappointed and extremely annoyed . First they sent me a wrong product and now they are not even responding to my requests! I would not recommend mirraw to anybody

I have ordered an item since 3weeks. Very hard to get an update from them. They promised delivery will be within 10-12 days!! No response for my emails from the company Very frustrating:(

I have ordered 3 sarees from here out of these 2 are benarasi saree On 90% discount . After seeing the review here i am really affraid of the items which i have not yet received. I called customer care and they confirmed about the benarasi sarees that they are real benarasi and are not deffective but they cannot give specification of these sarees . Really getting tensed . Finger cross 😕😕

Absolutely disappointed!! Ordered on: 10 Oct 2019 Expected Delivery Date 2019-10-24, gave them the benefit of doubt as it was an international order, after 2 weeks of further waiting, I emailed to check up on where the order was, an email came back saying someone was going to contact me with an update in 72 hours..... 4 days later still no response!! still waiting..

Zero stars!! Scam alert!!!!! I placed an order on 20th Oct 2019. There is not a single update sent on my status when they promised delivery in 8 business days. Failed here itself on the service. Later, I called the customer service on the 30th Oct 2019, to enquire about the status and I swear I spoke to one of the most useless customer service reps ever alive on this planet. He had no idea about the order even when I gave him the order number nor he could get an update from his so called operations team which as per his is the reason why my order is not delivered. I called even on 31st Oct 2019 and legacy of stupid operators with no updates continued. I can only say that Mirraw has ruined it. They are so useless that an order that was supposed to be a birthday gift was goofed up. Basic service itself is extremely poor and they are clueless in terms of customer service. I might fill a case against them in consumer forum if they don’t respond to my mails. It’s a scam guys. Don’t shop here!! Tanveer 214.868.6229
