I didn’t like the product , and requested for return , however there is no communication from your end . Please let me know how to go about refund as I have paid 3.8k .

Worst customer service ever. When I placed my order, they would respond to my emails but as days passed they stopped answering to my emails regarding the order. More than 10 days and still no answer. The customer care number always says service unavailable or no one ever picks. I am still running around trying to get my order cancelled. Its been a month since I placed my order and still waiting. I was told it would be delivered on November 7th and it’s November 26 th today. Never coming back after this horrendous experience. Mirraw is a total scam.

Total waste of time !!! Worst experience ever. I had 2 orders which were delayed for a very long time. I had ordered for a saree, kids wear and men's kurta in which the kurta order got replaced with some other product saying technical issue. Then I had to contact customer care and ask them how they can replace without my consent. Then they immediately cancelled the kurta from the order and told that I will be refunded which never happened till date with multiple emails unanswered. My another order of kurta has been delivered with a wrong size. Pathetic customer service and please dont order in Mirraw and waste your money. Complete cheating

Horrible experience. My order was canceled by Mirraw . Got a mail confirming it . But despite my repeated mail reminders my refund has not been iniated. It amounts to cheating and fraud .

Very burst site.chof hai.mera 624 ka product vapas le gaya hai lucknow mai delivery man Raju.abhi tak massege nahi aaya aur na hi voh aaya.chor company hai.

The product in reality doesn't look as great as it looks in the images. The quality of the product is bad. Also return is a really big headache...you have to do it yourself

NO STARS, NO STARS FOR MIRRAW NOT LETTING ME EDIT CRAPPY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still waiting for them to exchange the wrong product they sent me. Over a week, and yet to get them to respond to my emails. My event is in two weeks. Go with CBazaar - excellent customer service.

NEGATIVE INFINITY IS MY RATING OMG...cant imagine such a reckless customer service. Not even a guilt for their inability to keep up their commitment. And on top of all this, I called 1 million times and they dont give any proper reply. Absolutely no customer service. There is no attitude to make the customer happy, not even a bot of thought to make up for the fault. I ordered a stuff to be delivered in 1 week and even after 3 weeks no news about it. At this rate they have to shut shop and run away. If I had an option of negative rating, I would give Mirraw NEGATIVE INFINITY dont buy anything from them, and loose your peace. Better order from Amazon, Flipkart,Snapdeal or anyone else.... BIG NO TO MIRRAW IN MY LIFEW
