This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered i my life. Upon further inspection I realized my first dress was falling apart at the seams. I had already ordered my next order before realizing this. I tried to cancel the second dress and messaged them twice through the help center. That thing doesn't work at all and is useless. Do not waste your time. The only way to reach them is to call them. Though calling them is painful, it is the only way to get any service. Just brace yourself for the rudest customer service agent.

Mirraw is a big cheat company , i ordered at 28 the of july, still no clothes after a month and after several times contact now the courier is saying they sent our package back to London . So i called and still they are lying and asking me to pick up my package in another place then my home adress! Also a cheat transport company , DTP , so be aware, they are just the same lier as Mirraw. So now hopefully i can get my momey back, Mirraw ruined my whole family wedding !!!

My sister ordered a kurta pyjama from website but they delivered the wrong item. This happened 3 times. We had to keep returning the item as you guys send us a wrong item. Finally my sister asked for refund and I hope you refund the correct amount. Didn't even get a chance to check the outfit so no reviews on that. 1 star for horrible service. So disappointed.

Money has been deducted from my account but order is cancelled by mirraw. Confirmed with paytm they are saying order payment is done successfully what to do

My order is partially received and i informed many times, asked to refund it but no response given yet, item bked on 26jun 19, couldn't track item even

I have purchased a lot of suits from Mirraw as custom stitching and have been very satisfied but suddenly they do not cater for plus sizes. This site was very good for me as I am tall and do need extra material to cater for my size. Even after agreeing to pay for the extra material Mirraw is not prepared to take my order. Not all people are a size zero or can wear clothes up to size 40 which is their largest size. I can guarantee that Mirraw will be losing a lot of plus size customers

Have received my products and wanted to return.. already created return request in portal... And sending emails daily for uodates..no one picked items nor they took time to reply to my email on time.. Very bad customer service..I never order from this site again in future..

Order No. M584075825 Wilson, It was no use speaking to you. I thought been a escalation senior person you would treat my request on priority and as per our conversation I was suppose to get call back from you. But was again ditch and no call back for whole day. Now I am getting such stupid reply as per trial email. Sorry, but it was not even worth escalating to you.
