The photos on the website are completely misleading. I ordered a pink and white suit with muted gold embroidery - the item I received is completely see-through (not as pictured) and the embroidery is a tacky bright yellow gold. I also ordered a royal blue anarkali suit with a coral dupatta - the photo showed that the dupatta was a pretty coral net and the suit was a royal blue with gold embroidery all the way around the item. The item I received was navy with embroidery only on the front and the dupatta was not net and was pink. These are not even the same items! Unfortunately, since I had them stitched, I cannot return them . I will NEVER order from this site again.

Cheaters... please refund my money ASAP . Order number M079353985. On Friday 6th Sept, your guy came and picked up the item. I have been trying to contact you via FB page too, no response. Refund my money immediate before I go to police or consumer forum

Ordered a lehenga and bangles from Mirraw. Both the items were supposed to arrive together and we received only the bangles although the package mentions that both items were included. The bangles arrived damaged with few stones missing.

Placed order on Aug 18, 2019. status says Ready for Dispatch since 2 weeks. spoke to customer service. they said some shipment problems in india. They tell this story only when i give the order number. but in general they do not have any shipment issues from india. Looks like they are NOT interested to ship my products as i got them in good discount.

Order M458377566 of amount Rs. 1000 . This was for a necklace set which was received in broken condition. I paid the amount and also placed it for "return". Your representative came n collected it. After that I did not hear anything. Though I had one or two bad experiences with u I still placed the order n got my lesson. Pl settle the issue. Pl return my hard earned money.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered i my life. Upon further inspection I realized my first dress was falling apart at the seams. I had already ordered my next order before realizing this. I tried to cancel the second dress and messaged them twice through the help center. That thing doesn't work at all and is useless. Do not waste your time. The only way to reach them is to call them. Though calling them is painful, it is the only way to get any service. Just brace yourself for the rudest customer service agent.

Mirraw is a big cheat company , i ordered at 28 the of july, still no clothes after a month and after several times contact now the courier is saying they sent our package back to London . So i called and still they are lying and asking me to pick up my package in another place then my home adress! Also a cheat transport company , DTP , so be aware, they are just the same lier as Mirraw. So now hopefully i can get my momey back, Mirraw ruined my whole family wedding !!!

My sister ordered a kurta pyjama from website but they delivered the wrong item. This happened 3 times. We had to keep returning the item as you guys send us a wrong item. Finally my sister asked for refund and I hope you refund the correct amount. Didn't even get a chance to check the outfit so no reviews on that. 1 star for horrible service. So disappointed.
