I bought a necklace for about $70 cad and it came with multiple stones missing. I sent an email asking to return the item and got a response asking my to send pics of the item missing stones. I sent the pictures over 3 weeks ago, got no response back. I emailed again and still got not reply. Please avoid ordering from Mirraw as they will send you damaged stuff and will ignore your emails if you complain.

I bought a saree online looking at the colour and the blouse print.. But when I wore it was totally abysmal... the saree is joined at the beginning with plain cloth without border and the total length of the saree is not even 5 mtr and I could not keep pleats at all. I took it out on Diwali day to wear the new one, but was totally disappointed and embarrassed as well. Very Bad.. Its a big mistake and a kind of cheating the customers.

Does it really matter for Mirraw what customer says?. Pathetic service , I ordered twice and there was size issue and they do not bother to correct things. Stay away from them. Waste of money purely to deal with them
