I ordered an anarkali suit and encountered significant delay. When the product finally shipped (my event was already finished), I received information that my package was apparently delivered yet I did not receive anything. I called and email customer care at mirraw and still have not received any help or acknowledgement. Very disappointed

I paid for pre stitched saree and peticoat but you sent me unstitched saree still charged me 21$ for the service. Very bad experience, I'm not buying again from you 😡😡😡😡

People who are writing its a good product is from there own company, Its a worst company, and product will not be as shown in the pics and very irresponsible, its clearly an online fraud company , I will never buy from them nor suggest anyone.

Terrible experience. Substandard quality of products, no customer service courtesy whatsoever. Very unreliable company, unfortunately it's international company, so what can you expect from a non-American seller. Very unfortunate. I had high hopes but I'll just stick with the vendors here in this country. I am so disappointed and upset by the lack of consumer value and workmanship pride in the products sold. I would never use Mirraw again nor refer anyone there. They can keep the $208 credit they promised but won't allow me to use. Thanks for nothing. What a useless company. Would love to see them go out of business.

I wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. I ordered 9 items on June 15th. My order was supposed to arrive by July 5th. I received my order on the 28th of June. When I opened it all I received was a blender. Not a single item that I have paid for. I emailed the support with the pictures of the invoice and the pictures of the blender. Now I’m supposed to wait until they find a resolution. The resolution should be to replace my items immediately as I paid immediately. I shouldn’t be the one worried about losing almost 800 dollars. First order and definitely my last order. Mirraw and their designers have just lost a lot of business.

Ordered Red saree @ 462/- on dated 27 May 2019 paid on line. My oder is cancelled but still my money not refunded to my account. I'm very much disappointed. Kindly inform me when you will refunded my money. Kalpana

ITS BEEN SO LONG I ORDERED ONE SUIT FOR MY WIFE, ITS MORE THAN 21 DAYS NOW BUT NO ONE BOTHER TO RESPOND WHERE IS THE DELIVERY, ITS JUST KEEP ON SHOWING WILL BE DELIVERED SOON????? BUT WHEN ???? AFTER EID???? SUCH A PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 😠😠😠😠

Placed an order on April 28th and after calling to get an ETA, that it would be dispatched in 24 hours, I still haven't got my order. Today is May 29th , the order was placed about a months ago for one unstitched suits and a gents outfit . It's such a nightmare, I've called And emailed them so many times. I asked for refund since i wont be able to have it for eid and guess what no body's even getting back to me. Hummmm this has been going on for weeks. I purchased online to make my job easy and for convenience but this has been a nightmare. Now that I have only a week to the event that I ordered these suits for, I have to go shopping lost minute and purchase something since this online shop is a joke. I honestly believe that all those 5star reviews are fake just like this company.
