Hi Mirraw Team, This whole comments are for you and for the people you are thinking of buying any stuff from Mirraw. I would suggest better go in a party wearing whatever you have instead of ordering from Mirraw. I am based in South Africa and I have never saw such a worst service. I am waiting for my product since more than a month now and still did not received anything. That too on track order tits saying dispatched since 2-3 weeks. That too whenever you email them they just answer you saying " we have escalated your query to some department" That too when i purchased my item it was saying some amount of money on invoice but some extra money was detected from my account which again i query and then same answer saying "escalated to some department. Shame on them on such a poor response and service. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM MIRRAW. A BIG NO.

No option for negative ratings, else I'd have given -5 stars! I placed an order for items worth £153 (roughly 14K in INR) and that was just the beginning of the nightmare. They never shipped any of the items and kept stalling for a month. I kept calling them each day and every customer support person on the phone kept suggesting that the order will be shipped within 12 hours but that never happened. It is a complete scam ! After 6 weeks of placing the order, I have received no information from them as to why it was delayed etc. I live in UK and had placed the order on this site as we were going to India to attend a marriage and did not have enough time to make the purchase after arriving in India. People living outside of India, please be careful while ordering from them. You'd be lucky if you ever got the product that you order from them.

I am very happy. Shipping takes time but that’s understandable. They do their best. And their clothes is beautiful. I’ve never had an issue with anything. Very good customer service too.

order is ready to ship by tomorrow becouse i speaked to a custormer service memer who was nice. so if you want to clear something you shoud call them becouse they want to help you

I order a few outfits for my daughter and wife on the 26th of April which they said will be delivered by the 7th of May order number M637926901. I then received an email on the 1st of May stating the order will be delayed by 15 days . So I replied please cancel order as we required the outfits for the 10th. Then the next day I received another email stating the order is dispatched. I replied when will it reach me. I didn't receive any reply. On the 5th of May I received an email from Anthoni Vincent stating my order was delivered to me. Which I have not received. Now they don't reply to my emails. I need urgent help on this case.

This seller is dodgy . I paid 80 pound for something from them when I received that was not describe as in picture the stuff was fake plus this people doesn't have a seller attitude if you ask for return address from there they start laying to you I send my stuff to them all the way to India they had received the stuff when I spoke to them they say you gone receive a refund from them after few weeks they said we haven't received your stuff .My advise to everyone please be very careful this seller is not normal they gone steel your money and plus waste your time because that happened with me they stole my money and plus 3 months of my time.

UPDATE: DUE TO MY INCREASED FRUSTRATION WITH MIRRAW, I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL. I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POORLY STITCHED CHUDIDHARS. THE READY-MADE KURTIS I ORDERED WERE COMPLETELY OFF THE GIVEN SIZE CHART. THE END RESULT? NONE OF THE SUITS FIT ME. I SPENT A TOTAL OF $515 IN GOOD FAITH, DESPICABLE. DIFFERENT AGENTS WILL TELL YOU DIFFERENT THINGS. THERE IS NO CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATION - EACH TIME I CALL OR EMAIL, SOMEONE NEW APPEARS AND I HAVE TO SITUATION ALLOVER AGAIN. THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ONGOING FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS. ON ANOTHER NOTE, MIRRAW DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE THE STAR RATING WHICH IS HIGHLY MISLEADING AND POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. Simply terrible customer service! I placed 3 orders with Mirraw. The first order was fine. I only ordered one lehenga. In good faith and sound reason, I placed another two orders for a total of $515.64. That is ALOT of money to be spending on regular Indian traditional wear. Both orders were sent at approximately the same time after much harassment and threats and being met with poor response to non-response to those threats. Let me tell you: it is useless to make threats to a useless company. I placed these orders in full faith. When I received the products, they were very terribly stitched. I could not even get a few over my head. Moreover, for the readymade kurtis, the sizing chart is way off, so that whatever I ordered was so tight I could not breathe in them. Now, Mirraw expects me to send the readymade kurtis BACK TO THEM. Am I a fool to send them all the way back to India?? It would cost me a fortune! I forgave them for one lehenga, which is more than enough leeway that I’ve given them. In addition, I could not get the lehenga over my head and the quality of the fabric was flimsy and looked cheap. Their products are nice to look at, but they’re too many problems with this. I say to not waste your money in the hopes you will get clothing you really wanted. I tried calling them this morning and a fellow named Peter answered the phone. I asked to speak to Wilson who seems to be the manager. I was told that he was busy and that he would call me back in an hour. Did he call me back? Of course not. I waited until midnight to call again, but this time the response that the phone number does not exist. I am very angry. I gave them enough opportunity to rectify the situation, but they blatantly refused and in fact were misleading and manipulative. As soon as my bank opens, I am going to file a dispute with PayPal first, followed by my bank, I refuse to throw my money around for poor customer service and poor stitching. Not nearly up to par.
