I wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. I ordered 9 items on June 15th. My order was supposed to arrive by July 5th. I received my order on the 28th of June. When I opened it all I received was a blender. Not a single item that I have paid for. I emailed the support with the pictures of the invoice and the pictures of the blender. Now I’m supposed to wait until they find a resolution. The resolution should be to replace my items immediately as I paid immediately. I shouldn’t be the one worried about losing almost 800 dollars. First order and definitely my last order. Mirraw and their designers have just lost a lot of business.

Ordered Red saree @ 462/- on dated 27 May 2019 paid on line. My oder is cancelled but still my money not refunded to my account. I'm very much disappointed. Kindly inform me when you will refunded my money. Kalpana

ITS BEEN SO LONG I ORDERED ONE SUIT FOR MY WIFE, ITS MORE THAN 21 DAYS NOW BUT NO ONE BOTHER TO RESPOND WHERE IS THE DELIVERY, ITS JUST KEEP ON SHOWING WILL BE DELIVERED SOON????? BUT WHEN ???? AFTER EID???? SUCH A PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 😠😠😠😠

Placed an order on April 28th and after calling to get an ETA, that it would be dispatched in 24 hours, I still haven't got my order. Today is May 29th , the order was placed about a months ago for one unstitched suits and a gents outfit . It's such a nightmare, I've called And emailed them so many times. I asked for refund since i wont be able to have it for eid and guess what no body's even getting back to me. Hummmm this has been going on for weeks. I purchased online to make my job easy and for convenience but this has been a nightmare. Now that I have only a week to the event that I ordered these suits for, I have to go shopping lost minute and purchase something since this online shop is a joke. I honestly believe that all those 5star reviews are fake just like this company.

Hi Mirraw Team, This whole comments are for you and for the people you are thinking of buying any stuff from Mirraw. I would suggest better go in a party wearing whatever you have instead of ordering from Mirraw. I am based in South Africa and I have never saw such a worst service. I am waiting for my product since more than a month now and still did not received anything. That too on track order tits saying dispatched since 2-3 weeks. That too whenever you email them they just answer you saying " we have escalated your query to some department" That too when i purchased my item it was saying some amount of money on invoice but some extra money was detected from my account which again i query and then same answer saying "escalated to some department. Shame on them on such a poor response and service. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM MIRRAW. A BIG NO.

No option for negative ratings, else I'd have given -5 stars! I placed an order for items worth £153 (roughly 14K in INR) and that was just the beginning of the nightmare. They never shipped any of the items and kept stalling for a month. I kept calling them each day and every customer support person on the phone kept suggesting that the order will be shipped within 12 hours but that never happened. It is a complete scam ! After 6 weeks of placing the order, I have received no information from them as to why it was delayed etc. I live in UK and had placed the order on this site as we were going to India to attend a marriage and did not have enough time to make the purchase after arriving in India. People living outside of India, please be careful while ordering from them. You'd be lucky if you ever got the product that you order from them.

I am very happy. Shipping takes time but that’s understandable. They do their best. And their clothes is beautiful. I’ve never had an issue with anything. Very good customer service too.

order is ready to ship by tomorrow becouse i speaked to a custormer service memer who was nice. so if you want to clear something you shoud call them becouse they want to help you

I order a few outfits for my daughter and wife on the 26th of April which they said will be delivered by the 7th of May order number M637926901. I then received an email on the 1st of May stating the order will be delayed by 15 days . So I replied please cancel order as we required the outfits for the 10th. Then the next day I received another email stating the order is dispatched. I replied when will it reach me. I didn't receive any reply. On the 5th of May I received an email from Anthoni Vincent stating my order was delivered to me. Which I have not received. Now they don't reply to my emails. I need urgent help on this case.
