Just don't get into this mess! Its not even worth 1 star. I have repeatedly sent emails about 3 damaged and completely different (from pics) products sent to me!! All I have gotten is, "please confirm the time to call"and they have just been dragging this with no call from customer service. Just disappointed with the service and the time I am spending on trying to talk to customer service. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE HASSEL OF ORDERING LOW QUALITY, POOR STICH OUTFITS AND CONNECTING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have bought sarees from Mirraw before and they have been fine. But the last saree I bought ID# 2528076 Multicolor Embroidered Georgette Saree With Blouse from Pransul Fashion was extremely awful. The material of the saree is not georgette but of some stiff cheap material and the blouse was stitched so poorly and was extremely big. I had tried several times to email their customer service but to this day they have yet to respond. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY their cheap quality products.

I got scammed too. Thankfully I only bought a basic cheap chiffon sari that was not meant to be ornate, so the sari I got was okay and wearable for the cheap rag I expected it to be. The choli and the petticoat were, unsurprisingly, the wrong size and the petticoat arrived stained (that'd better not be blood, guys). The choli is fine around my chest but huge everywhere else, so I expect it was sewn to a standard size (which I'm not) just on the basis of the chest circumference (which, for me, is several sizes larger than the rest of me since I'm busty but petite, so the choli nearly falls off me). The petticoat is so poorly sewn and of such poor quality that some of the stitches ripped when I merely tightened the drawstring! I ordered a petticoat that was supposed to be 32 inches long, 34 inches at the waist and they sent me one that was 38 inches long and 42 inches at the waist! So it was unwearable. I strongly suspect that they just send us B-quality/seconds, factory cast-offs and customer returns and whatever they can get their hands on at the time we place our orders. I'm only giving it two stars because the sari is at least wearable and I didn't expect great quality in the first place. Otherwise, I'd advise anyone to not buy anything from this dishonest joint. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

I am not an online shopper but i thought that i would take a chance with mirraw. I am extremely satisfied with their service as well as their quality of clothing. It took only two weeks to receive my goods, delivered at my doorstep and wow, the goods look even better than the pictures. Thank you Mirraw, I will definitely be using Mirraw again.

VERY PATHETC RETURN SERVICE. NO PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED TO COMPLAIN.CANT FILL THE TRACKING DETAILS OF THE PACKET WE ARE RETURNING OURSELVES..I WAS CHARGED RS. 180 BY DTDC TO RETURN THE PACKAGE OF A SAREE WHICH I ORDERED WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY ME IN DAMAGED STATE. NOW THE WEBSITE IS NOT MAKING ME ABLE TO FILL THE TRACKING DETAILS..EXTREMELY SORRY STATE ..A BIG FRAUD

I just ordered one outfit ... now I’m scared .. hopefully I will get it on time - b4 Dec 15 N hopefully it’s not the cheap net fabric I’ll see how it goes ...

Very poor customer service. I placed a order on 10th Nov. Order Id is M774236439. It is still not dispatched. Earlier in the status it was showing confirmed. But when I raised this issue they send me message that product is not in the stock and they are arranging it and after that they changed the status to 'waiting for confirmation'. Except this they did nothing. Not a single mail. No expected delivery date in mentioned anywhere. My second query is still unanswered. Even I can not check my raised tickets anywhere. It's very disappointing. I really want to go to consumer forum for this pathatic service .

Mirraw is a rip-off company. They are frauds, i was shown a different product picture when I was placing my order and received a totally different picture.. and they help me out here. Don’t order from them.
