I placed an order but was unable to pay using Paypal after I tried several times and Mirraw also did. So eventually I did a payment from my bank in South Africa to the Mirraw Bank in Null Bazar. My bank gave me the proof of payment which I sent to Mirraw. I then phoned Mirraw several times to get my order confirmed and processed. I also sent several emails requesting this. Each time I am told that I should wait for 24-48 hours and this will be resolved. It is now a week since my payment was done, but my order is still saying pending. I am really frustrated at the service from Mirraw as I seem to be getting nowhere with receiving my order. In the meantime Mirraw has been paid but is doing nothing. I must say that the customer service with an issue like this is very poor. I am now not even certain that my order will be confirmed and received.

If I could choose no stars I would. You provided the wrong color of outfit, and now do not even acknowledge it. Pathetic service! Your company knows nothing of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly!!

Worst ever, ordered items on Jan 3rd was promised delivery in 3 weeks and it’s February 13th almost midnight and no shipment. Please return the product and credit my discover card. Very disappointed with your service and customer service is horrible also.

Order Number: M557739948 Ordered on: 27 Dec 2018 Expected Delivery Date 2019-01-08 and now January 28th they don't even have it in the warehouse. I have Spoken to customer service 4 times the last 2 weeks and they keep telling me to wait 48 hours each time i called to resolve the issue. very disappointing. they sold me the stuff that din't have on inventory. its passed a month now. they promise you 5-10 days to be deliver but don't be fooled by it.

Just don't get into this mess! Its not even worth 1 star. I have repeatedly sent emails about 3 damaged and completely different (from pics) products sent to me!! All I have gotten is, "please confirm the time to call"and they have just been dragging this with no call from customer service. Just disappointed with the service and the time I am spending on trying to talk to customer service. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE HASSEL OF ORDERING LOW QUALITY, POOR STICH OUTFITS AND CONNECTING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have bought sarees from Mirraw before and they have been fine. But the last saree I bought ID# 2528076 Multicolor Embroidered Georgette Saree With Blouse from Pransul Fashion was extremely awful. The material of the saree is not georgette but of some stiff cheap material and the blouse was stitched so poorly and was extremely big. I had tried several times to email their customer service but to this day they have yet to respond. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY their cheap quality products.

I got scammed too. Thankfully I only bought a basic cheap chiffon sari that was not meant to be ornate, so the sari I got was okay and wearable for the cheap rag I expected it to be. The choli and the petticoat were, unsurprisingly, the wrong size and the petticoat arrived stained (that'd better not be blood, guys). The choli is fine around my chest but huge everywhere else, so I expect it was sewn to a standard size (which I'm not) just on the basis of the chest circumference (which, for me, is several sizes larger than the rest of me since I'm busty but petite, so the choli nearly falls off me). The petticoat is so poorly sewn and of such poor quality that some of the stitches ripped when I merely tightened the drawstring! I ordered a petticoat that was supposed to be 32 inches long, 34 inches at the waist and they sent me one that was 38 inches long and 42 inches at the waist! So it was unwearable. I strongly suspect that they just send us B-quality/seconds, factory cast-offs and customer returns and whatever they can get their hands on at the time we place our orders. I'm only giving it two stars because the sari is at least wearable and I didn't expect great quality in the first place. Otherwise, I'd advise anyone to not buy anything from this dishonest joint. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

I am not an online shopper but i thought that i would take a chance with mirraw. I am extremely satisfied with their service as well as their quality of clothing. It took only two weeks to receive my goods, delivered at my doorstep and wow, the goods look even better than the pictures. Thank you Mirraw, I will definitely be using Mirraw again.
