NEVER USE THIS SITE!!! BAD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE After spending over $500 on this site, I have had the worst experience with this company! I made my order on Oct 17th. However, it is now Nov 7th and I STILL HAVE NOT received the complete order. Currently, the order status on their site shows that my order is completed!! How?? I have five sarees still not shipped! No efficiency in distribution or shipment! Two of my items were in stitching for over two weeks and has held up my order this long! I needed to ask them several times to partial the items! They took three weeks and still hadn't shipped anything! They sent the partial order but kept the most expensive items!!! I have sent many emails and made several calls to the Indian customer service number and the response EVERY TIME is "Please be patient, we are working on this", without a followup or actual change in the items being shipped. I asked for shipment tracking for over a week and their response is that we are on holiday and we will return and respond. That was two days ago! No response. Also, the US Customer service number does NOT work. They have no one answering the calls on that number and it gives the "number is switched off" message all day and all night long. Several of the "free" items were of a very low quality from the site. The "silk" is very thin and not worth even $10!! Now, I am expected to pay return shipping in order to get my money back!! What a waste! The patronization and run around that the customer service gave me makes this company one that I will never use again!!! NOTE: I will update this review when my items are received!

Please don't fall for the picture of dresses.its fraud.u will be deceived . i ordered one red salwar and they send me completely different dressed now they are not happy to refund . their excuse is that this is replica. how can replicas design be completely different from one they have in website. SAVE YOUR MONEY GUYS. TRUST ME U WILL BE DECEIVED. NOW I AM TRYING THROUGH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. EVERYTIME I SEND EMAIL THEY REPLY SAME MESSAGE. MUST BE AUTOMATED ONE.

This is a SCAM COMPANY. I will never make the mistake to purchase anything from Mirraw again. You have incompetent people working for you. I placed an order, paid additional for custom stitching. Clothes were stitched smaller than measurements I had given, therefore completely useless to me. You did not refund my money nor offered to correct the mistake. I was only offered partial credit. But no refund ever showed up on my credit card. No Quality check was done before shipping an item to see if the measurements were accurate. Its like you order a large size garment & they ship you a small size - what can you do with it. MONEY WASTED !!!

This is the quality of Mirraw's "Quality checked and assured" sarees! One fully defective weaving saree, and another one which Mirraw got stitched with the wrong border! and for all this blunder, they offered me a 10% credit. Horribly disappointing customer service and quality. Should never have bought from Mirraw.com

DANGEROUS WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED LIKE ME. I LOST $350 AUD. I purchased items from this website in Dec 2017 and returned back to them in Jan 2018 and still waiting for my refund. I am sick of chasing them for 10 months, the only response I get from them is "As per your request we have escalated the query to our concern authority about a refund". I have all the email trails. The quality of the items is shit as well. I have reported this case with Australian Scam agency and as well as paypal. PLEASE DO NOT USE ON THIS WEBSITE, AS USUAL INDIANS TRYING TO SCAM MONEY.

I ordered a pair of earrings from mirraw. The piece is defective and not of good quality. I want to return it. I started the process and a ticket has been created as told but no further communication after that. Pl let me know what to do

I would like to caution customers about these products. Apart from the extremely poor communication when trying to track a package, since Mirraw apparently have no contact number for the Courier Company, Atlantic. The product quality is extremely disappointing, nothing at all like the pictures. Sarees are stiff & hard to drape. It is so sad to be mislead by a company from India, the paradise of such garments. I would not wear any of these items. Definitely would not recommend Mirraw. Also don't expect them to return your Call, no matter how many messages you leave. And Supervisors are "on tea" for most of the day. Pathetic
