DANGEROUS WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED LIKE ME. I LOST $350 AUD. I purchased items from this website in Dec 2017 and returned back to them in Jan 2018 and still waiting for my refund. I am sick of chasing them for 10 months, the only response I get from them is "As per your request we have escalated the query to our concern authority about a refund". I have all the email trails. The quality of the items is shit as well. I have reported this case with Australian Scam agency and as well as paypal. PLEASE DO NOT USE ON THIS WEBSITE, AS USUAL INDIANS TRYING TO SCAM MONEY.

I ordered a pair of earrings from mirraw. The piece is defective and not of good quality. I want to return it. I started the process and a ticket has been created as told but no further communication after that. Pl let me know what to do

I would like to caution customers about these products. Apart from the extremely poor communication when trying to track a package, since Mirraw apparently have no contact number for the Courier Company, Atlantic. The product quality is extremely disappointing, nothing at all like the pictures. Sarees are stiff & hard to drape. It is so sad to be mislead by a company from India, the paradise of such garments. I would not wear any of these items. Definitely would not recommend Mirraw. Also don't expect them to return your Call, no matter how many messages you leave. And Supervisors are "on tea" for most of the day. Pathetic

If I could give this company zero stars it would be better. We ordered several items from their website. The company first started to have issues sending the items on time. When the items finally arrived, they were incorrect or defective. One item was totally wrong color from what was ordered per the website and the description stated georgette but the fabric was a cheap substitute that is not fit to be sari material let alone georgette that it was described as. The second item had trim on the pallu poor sewn on. In fact it was coming apart. Third item was described as printed tussar silk. What arrived was a stiff sari labeled semi tussar silk. What was the fabric combination? Why fraudulently advertise on the website that it is tussar silk if it’s a mixture of an inferior product? Calling the item silk was an insult. We emailed the company to no avail. Finally when we disputed the charge with our cc company then they contacted us. The following individuals expect us to accept their inferior products or bear the cost of shipping their stuff back. Shipping costs more than the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Quality control is non existent at this company.

This online shopping is too much lengthy and their customer service is too bad. I have ordered some products more than 1 and half months ago and keep calling them to pursue my shipping as it was gift for somebody. But sorry to say that person leave the country and i did not have my product to gift her. I called customer care to cancel. They dont even cancel. So i will call it is a scam. Do not recommend anyone. It has been 2 months...thjs scamers are not sending my products or responding my text. Do not buy anything from here.

Im so disappointed. I bought 47 euro worth of saree including 7 euro shipping charges. Last night 3am i get 43 euro worth of extra bill because of courier they have chosen why should I pay that amount of money? Extra fee may be applied was not written anywhere when I was purchasing this product from mirraw. Im so disappointed and angry. I wish I can give 0 stars instead of 1. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Its a scam. I tried calling customer service and they wont pick up. Bullshit company.
