Everything is perfect but I didn't realise with the semi stiched the sharara is completely made but does not fit if you are above XL. I will need to get that sorted now. Other than that very beautiful.
Saree was received as in the picture. Good quality material. Blouse stitched was exactly per measurement and instructions provided. Love both saree and stitched blouse. Great buying experience. Definitely buying it again.
Hi I’m a new customer from Canada. My first and last time ordering with Mirraw. The stuff looks all great in photos. But quality is poor also keep in mind you pay morefor your shipping costs. Then I sent the items back today and paid double for shipping costs. This is not good business service. I hope they have I’ll refund me the adequate amount. Everyone works very hard for there money.
the worst of it all are the people. I purchased only costume jewellery no clothes. #1 - they had a technical glitch and had to delay delivery of my order. I was extremely stressed because i needed it to get to me before I left the country. I expressed this to them and all they gave me a basic meaningless apology and said it would come 3 days later than the original date (not a terrible delay but i couldn't trust a company that has poor management on their inventory and their website). #2 two days later get an email from prasanth saying a product 'didn't meet QA" (HAH!! irony to follow) and that was the last item they had and asked me to please select another. I gave them 4 options and asked him if my delivery was now further delayed and when would it arrive. He simply says it will leave the warehouse tomorrow and inspite of my 2 follow-ups never gave me a date. #3 Delivery arrives and first necklace set is found at the top of the package on top of bubble wrap but this set it self was unwrapped - the items were held in the styrofoam board but nothing protecting it. I went to unhook the earring and found that it fell off very easily - it was broken! (QA huh?) #4 I've emailed plenty of times to get the above resolved, only to get template answers (someone else on this review site said the exact same thing) and unreasonable refunds amounts ($13 - tell me where i can purchase earrings like the ones i purchased as part of the set for $13 - Not even on their site!) and unwelcome suggestions to wear the necklace with 'some other earrings' (this was on the phone). #4 After almost a week of back and forth, an expensive phone call to their customer care line (same person who was emailing me it turns out) and a promise to hear from them 24 hrs. My first follow-up email is received by a 'it will take 48 hours'. i follow up with them in 48 hours and they respond a day later and they say it will be addressed next week. Needless to say, I hope people will read this review and never purchase from mirraw. I could have dealt with the delays and the product issue if it had a good customer service team to handle and resolve these issues. Mirraw, i doubt you are a company that learns but top 3 things to fix are: your customer service team (replace them all with competent humans), your website issues, your product quality.
Your review Mirraw, why don't you respond? You send me a saree with a hole in the border, it has threads hanging off on the whole saree and having paid £17.00 postage to return the damaged saree 2 weeks ago, you haven't responded to any of my 4 emails. I don't recommend Mirraw and their customer service is appalling!
Sari that I ordered was very bad quality. The design was not printed on straight which made cutting the blouse piece off very hard. I don't think the sari is wearable. Some stuff you order on Mirraw is decent. Just depends on the individual designer. Make sure you're paying attention to that when you buy something. Don't order from Ozon Designer Fab.
It took too long to deliver and when recieved it was not having the quality that was mentioned in the description of the dress will never recommend mirraw at all. I have written 2 emails for a refund no one has had courtesy to respond . Still waiting!
I have been trying to reach customer service since last friday and no one has ever answered. It is so hard to get a hold of anyone. I don't understand why they will not reply to my emails or answer their phone. I have been placing orders and need to cancel some and there is no way of communicating with anyone. Extremely bad customer service. I am starting to wonder if this is a scam. I read other reviews on different sites and it is by far the worst review ever. I wish I had known this before placing the order. If anyone here knows how to get a hold of customer service I would appreciate if you share the information
This is worst web site and company to order any products. They took very long time to deliver and shipped the products with wrong measurements. Do not waste your money !!!!!
Scammers I have ordered products via mirraw twice now, both times after numerous chasing e-mails I am advised that my product failed quality test. I find it ridiculous how they cheat people in this way. They held onto my payment for more than one month without dealing with my purchase. I do not understand that mirraw still exists as a company.
