I AM CURRENTLY VERY ANGRY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM I PLACED ON 3RD DECEMBER. I NEED THIS URGENT!! MY DAUGHTER IS GETTING MARRIED IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TIME AND MT ITEM HAS NOT EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED!!. IT HAS BEEN SENT FOR STITCHING SINCE THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDER. I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT VIA THE CONTACT NUMBER ON WEBSITE BUT NO REPLY AND HAVE EMAILED AND IM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM ANYONE! I AM FUMING £120 THIS HAS COST ME!!!!
Very poor service , customer care phone numbers do not even exist , they took my money from credit card without informing ; charged extra than the purchase price . Requested to cancel my order and refund before even ship
I have a complaint. I received only one item out of two which I ordered and paid. Besides despite paying for stitching this was not done. Please revert
Did not follow paid custom measurements, clothes do not match the pictures AT ALL, horrible quality, completely different, bad materials such as using foil instead of real gems. Terrible communication, bad customer service. Clothes quality is a complete disappointment, cannot wear the clothes anywhere because they are just plain UGLY and do not match original pictures. Will not order here again.
dreadful company avoid at all costs. they con you into believing they will deliver within 15 days and that you have paid the full amount. In reality they ship it over and the courier service they use hold on to the product. After chasing them for 2 weeks it turns out they want more money and are now refusing to refund due to their lack of supplying the goods within the time.
there is a big slit on the saree! moreover the customer care number doesnt exist! if u dont take step i will register a compliant in the consumer forum!!!
This company doesn't even deserve one star. Poor product quality, items didn't arrive anywhere close to the estimated date of delivery, international customer care number doesn't work, email confirmations are MESSED UP, refunds are impossible to get,customer care just wants to get you off the phone as soon as possible, no supervisors available to speak with. Trash company ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!Wasted over $200 and had to pay high shipping fees only to get items late and defective with no compensation and haven't got a single cent back since everything had been delivered back a week ago. WON'T BUY EVER AGAIN!!
