M276638481 I don’t understand why is your employee sending me fake apology emails again and again. Yes, I got my product from DHL, but I had to go through a lot of trouble to deliver to my address just because your unprofessional services. And Mirraw didn’t put any effort on that, I had to take all the pain. And finally, when I could see the products those are equally worse like your services, didn’t follow any measurement instructions to make blouses. Now the product quality, those are even worse a person can imagine, stop stealing the photos from some other vendors website and use that with your poor-quality products. Take the original picture of your products and use that in your website, stop making fool and frustrated to your customer, show some honesty and integrity in your business. It’s complete waste of time, money and effort that I spent to get things from your website. I don’t know what should I do with those things, the quality is too bad that I don’t even give it to someone else other than dump. If you really care your customer than you should compensate other than sending all fake apology emails.

Last week I purchased few salwars and received early this week. When I open it I really shocked the material quality is very very bad. Embroidery finish too is very bad. But the pricing is too bad. The material are like very low quality which can tear easily. Waste of money. I ll never ever buy dresses in this site hereafter. Very worst experience.

This website deserves no star. Complete fraud, thing will in process for them for years and they will keep saying we are working and working. I am struggling for my refund from last 10 days and still counting. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD BAN THE WEBSITE

I am very much dissapointed looking at my shipment today. The sarees in display are so different than what we recieve. this is totally injustice to the customers who order looking at the picture. i am going to return what all I ordered and ask for refund. very disgusting experience. Will never buy from them nor refer anyone. I am telling all my friends to not order from this site.

I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT VIA THE CONTACT NUMBER ON WEBSITE BUT NO REPLY AND HAVE EMAILED AND IM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM ANYONE! I AM FUMING £120 THIS HAS COST ME!!!!

Very poor service , customer care phone numbers do not even exist , they took my money from credit card without informing ; charged extra than the purchase price . Requested to cancel my order and refund before even ship

I have a complaint. I received only one item out of two which I ordered and paid. Besides despite paying for stitching this was not done. Please revert

Did not follow paid custom measurements, clothes do not match the pictures AT ALL, horrible quality, completely different, bad materials such as using foil instead of real gems. Terrible communication, bad customer service. Clothes quality is a complete disappointment, cannot wear the clothes anywhere because they are just plain UGLY and do not match original pictures. Will not order here again.

dreadful company avoid at all costs. they con you into believing they will deliver within 15 days and that you have paid the full amount. In reality they ship it over and the courier service they use hold on to the product. After chasing them for 2 weeks it turns out they want more money and are now refusing to refund due to their lack of supplying the goods within the time.
