PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE- I wish I can give them negative star. I ordered 44 size product and they delivered wrong size 40. When I reached out to them over email and phone number they have. They asked 100 questions about products over phone and I gave pictures and measurement on emails that it’s wrong size. They have not responded to my emails yet, it’s being almost 2 months now. No one picks up the call at their customer service.I already tried like 100 times. If I get lucky someday someone picks up phone they gave the wrong information and fake hopes that we are dispatching new size to you tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. There services are pathetic and I wish I would have never ordered from this site.

I have still not received my order. It's been 23 days since I have placed the order and considering that you guys are situated in Lower Parel delivery to Malad is taking an awfully long time. I have a wedding to attend in first week of December and If you won't be able to deliver the order by that time then might as well you keep the dresses yourself. Its very upsetting and disappointing that I have to follow up literally every week to know the status of my order. M630805935

It's beautiful lahenga, the stitching lady Tahira she is perfect taking measurements on chatting & giving valuable suggestions. Perfect fit . only dupatta is half of width. I will recommend Mirraw stitching team to my friends & give it 5 stars .

I ordered 2 dresses on October 26th and was guaranteed delivery for November 8th. Today is November 13th and I still have not received my order. These dresses were ordered for an even November10th so they are no longer required. I have wasted over £100!!! Customer service is appalling. I would not order from them again. I will be sharing my experience on social media. Very disappointed and out of pocket now!! Hoping that I can open a case with PayPal!!

I bought unstitched lehenga, very poor quality, material and colour different from the one in their website. Not good customer service, unable to return or exchange. I will not recommend them to anyone, very disappointed.

Mirraw.com has absolutely ridiculous customer support!! Bought lehenga from their website for the first time but the material and stitch was really bad !!! Not at all close to what it was described on their website.. when contacted Mirraw.com through numerous emails they completely ignored all my emails and did nothing about it!!! it’s an unfortunate truth!! Total waste of money ! Would not recommend the site at all !!

I bought a necklace for about $70 cad and it came with multiple stones missing. I sent an email asking to return the item and got a response asking my to send pics of the item missing stones. I sent the pictures over 3 weeks ago, got no response back. I emailed again and still got not reply. Please avoid ordering from Mirraw as they will send you damaged stuff and will ignore your emails if you complain.
