Stitched Products are customized to your measurements, cannot be resold/returned and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds.
If you are not happy with the product you have received, don't worry. You can always ship it back to us within 7 days without any deductions.
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

The garment itself was of good quality and had a nice overall appearance, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the stitching, as it was noticeably too loose in several areas. This not only affects the durability of the piece but also how well it fits and holds its shape when worn. Because of this issue, I will now need to take it to a tailor for adjustments, which means spending additional time and money that I hadn’t planned for. Overall, while the garment has potential, the poor stitching has created an inconvenience and extra expense that could have been avoided with better quality control.

Here is the original review, I give it 5 stars which is ironical of course! Worst online shopping experience ever! We ordered two clothes out of Germany as a wedding gift, to be delivered inside India. After three weeks(!), only one garment (saree) was delivered, after numerous incorrect info-mails re delivery status. Yesterday came the dispatch info for the second garment, when checking the tracking no. it said that the parcel was not picked up as the order was cancelled, which was confirmed by the seller. We requested a refund which was granted (as the goods were never delivered and the gift wrap for which we had paid was not made). Now, we are informed that we have to return the garment (which we never received) to the seller. Luckily we have two days left before the wedding to look for another present, but we will obviously never order again with Mirraw as they are unreliable. Or maybe they cancelled the second part of our order because we complained about the poor handling of the first part, trying to get rid of unpleasant customers??
