I wish I would have read that if I had extra stitching I couldn't return it. I would not have bought it. It's not going to work for what I wanted it for and now I'm almost stuck with it. It's a beautiful Lehenga though.
So gorgeous! it’s so flattering on my skin tone. it’s like rose gold brown color. absolutely stunning. good quality. great stitching. i should’ve ordered 38 instead of 36 for the blouse but plenty of space to open unstitch and make it a size bigger.
Pathetic customer service. First time ordering from this website. I ordered 2 kids kurta pajama order number M493729781 on October 6TH 2024.I got the order delivered on October 22nd but the package only had 1 kurta and pajama instead of 2 .I emailed them on October 22nd about the problem but no response back. i called on October 23rd 7 times and Hitesh told me they will reach out to me in 24 to 72 hours. I mentioned i have a event at home October 29th and i need that outfit. I did not receive any email or phone call from them. I called again on October 24th 4 times and Vicky assured me that they need 24 more hours and he promised to get back to me and will expediate shipping if needed to make sure i have the product i paid for the event i bought it for. Its October 27th 12am and no one called or emailed. I don't like false promises and what is taking so long if u cant fix the problem refund the money and tell me honestly so i can go somewhere else and purchase...Retraining required for the entire employees.This is not how you do business
Mirraw made a terrible mistake with the stitching.I have called them so many times. They have the proof. They know they made a mistake.Yet they will not refund the money or rectify their mistake. hope your order fits you right. Otherwise good luck. I ordered a suit for a wedding with more than 2 months previous to the special day. After one month I get in contact with them ( not easy ) and they promise it will arrive before, it never arrived. They just put “attempted failed” , nobody calls or arrives home while I receive orders from other companies. After almost 4 months now, I am trying to get a refund since it did not arrive yet and even if it does one day I do not need it anymore. The staff keeps giving me false information “if it does not arrive in 24h we will refund” , 48h later they text the same, 4 times texting me the same false information. Worst online service I ever experienced, they stole my money but I hope this comment help other people.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the product received from mirraw. It's completely different from what they have shown in the picture and the quality is so poor that you cannot even think of wearing it. I bought a saree and it was so expensive and on top of it the quality is horribleeee. Please don't mislead your customers it's my humble request to you guys. This is the first and the last time I am buying from them. Never again repeating this mistake and I request buyers to check the reviews first and avoid the mistake I did.
I have same experience like Malathy. I also live in USA. I ordered two salwar kameez and one imitation jewellery. One of the dress and jewellery were fine. But the size mentioned on the website for other dress was inaccurate. The site mentioned size 36 but when I received the product it was too tight. It was down to at least 3-4 inches and there was no margin so that I could loose it and use the dress. I send an email and receive the reply in a timely manner. Vicky was the guy who was very positive and asked me in the first email to send pics. I send the pics as requested to mcare@mirraw team. After that, they just ghosted me and did not care to reply even after reminder email. Now the 7 days of return period is over. If its late or you are not willing to take back the item , at least let me know. This is so rude and unprofessional. I was a regular customer but not any more.
I have received partial order. I bought Saree price is 53 pounds. There was no notification of my items getting cancelled and I have not received any refund for cancelled items as well. Very poor customer service. If customer service is not taking any action I will take action.
Worst Company Ever – Wrong Product Sent and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from Mirraw. I ordered a saree that was advertised as dark blue, but what I received was a completely different color—pure black—and the quality was far below what was promised. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive to my request for a full refund, despite my numerous emails explaining that this was not my mistake, but theirs. I understand their policy on non-returnable stitched items, but this situation is different. I received the wrong product and poor quality material, yet they continue to offer minimal refunds (starting at 10%, then 15%), which is completely unacceptable. Why should I, as the customer, be penalized for an error on their end? Their lack of proper customer service and failure to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience—buyer beware
