I had ordered an anarkali through this site and received my product on 17th October 2017. Due to the poor quality of the product and because its coloyr was coming off and got stuck to the packet in which they convered the same i returned the product the very next day. But i haven't received my refund amount till date even after me sending them repeated emails. Highly disappointed in the unprofessional way this site handle their customers.
Mirrw Oh no , very bad experience with Mirraw. We order first time from Mirraw site, we ordered items in June for a party. The delivery was promised in July and after the delivery dates keep on changing and finally item was delivered in October after our party is over. We tried to contact Mirraw many times to get the refund as item was not delivered in time by did not get any positive response. We suggest do not order from Mirraw. Horrible experience
Mirraw is waste shoppibg webite ..thy cgeat customerswoth poor qality material.i ordered a salwar it says free size i thought free size means stitched but t came nstitched with poor quality. dont shop in mirraw.
Just received another email saying my order is delayed again due to technical issues. I need to receive my purchases before I leave for a wedding overseas and now the new delivery date changed again and the purchases are only arriving after the wedding. Am totally disgusted that I spent all the money and will only receive the purchases after the wedding. Have sent an email asking for urgent delivery before I leave for overseas as its not my fault they have technical issues. Have not got a reply back.
I ordered a sari from Mirraw.com on Sept 20 2017 and it was scheduled to be delivered on Oct 7th 2017, They were 1 month late and still hadn't even stitched my sari, The customer service was terrible and very incompetent, they employees there are very lazy, and the manager was never "available" for me to complaint to. I was constantly lied to about the shipping date and the status of my order. I have requested a full refund for my order and not received it yet. I would suggest to never order from this company, it is a scam.
It was two months already dealing with this fraud store. The worst experience in my life! I ordered my item in August and it was promised me to be stitched and ready to ship ASAP. After one week waiting to hear when they will ship my order, I sent them an email asking about my order status. Mirraw (Akshay) responded, that due to final check up they found out that my order has been damaged and they don't have any more of them available. We asked to cancel the order and they agreed to give me a full refund back within10 days. After 10 days I didn't hear anything back so I sent another email and called to find out what's going on. I got an answer that they managed to get another item like this and it is in the process to be stitched (?!) It is a first time in my life I have to deal with that kind a customer service. They didn't bother to call me and ask me if I still need item. They decided to me where I want to spend my $240! I already ordered the same dress from different website and I already got it my mail, why would I need two same looking dresses. I called and ask for manager. But it looks like manager doesn't exist in their store. It took me couple of says to contact someone to explain that this order has been cancelled couple weeks ago and I was promised of refund, and that I don't need this item. Then they (Afrin) told me that they can't cancel this order right now because its been already stitched. I have never ever in my life dealt with as stupid and disrespectful people as their team! (And I am in customer service as well, I know how to solve problems in a nice way!) They have been rude and didn't listen me. They kept saying that they can't cancel this order. But they are missing an important part that it has been cancelled already! I sent them million emails with screenshots of their own emails confirming my order cancellation. They would answer emails every other day and they would never call you back. Last email I have is from October 1st saying that they will respond to me within 48-72 hours. Guess what, it has been 12 days already - no answer. I already reported them as fraud and my bank took it over. But I want to alert everyone shopping at this site - please spend couple dollars more and buy from different store like Utsav. They were more than helpful from first day. I received my stitched dress within 10 days and they also match Mirraw's pricing. Afrin and Akshay - you should learn good manners and customer service. You are not fooling anyone and don't think I am stupid. I have all the evidence. Why can't you just admit that your team made a mistake and refund me my money?
Purchase made in July. I received in September a text from the shipping company asking for £50 fees for the delivery. I was unaware of that, nothing said when I bought the items. I had to pay as this company would not refund my money after asking many times(Consumer Rights Act says that the items must be delivered within 30 days unless a different time period is agreed, otherwise you have the rights to cancel the order). The quality of the items purchased is very low, it ended being a loss of £200. Easy return and exchange says on the website but when you click on that it appears nothing but other items to purchase. Thinking of suing the company. Unacceptable and misleading.
Joke of a website. Look forward to making short work of your ability to sell. Shall be seeking take down of your ability to accept payment via PayPal. And then we start to use all the legal processes I enjoy as a lawyer.
