I would not Recommend Mirraw. Absolutely horrible and cheap fabric. And to return is another big waste... you have to spend out of your pocket to return courier that costs more than the product itself.

Hi All. I have made an order of Salwar suit and kids lehenga on Aug3rd. It took 2 months to deliver an order to USA. I received on Sep 26th. TO my utter disappointment the material is very bad for both the orders. The stitching is very poorly made. I should have donated my money instead of ordering in Mirraw. Never again and I truly advice please do not get tempted with nice pictures. They look very off when you receive the actual product. They say georgette and I receive some other material. And another joke is that there is no pallu oro dhupatta with my suit. Instead I got some unstitched left over piece of the material. No exaggeration but its a fact. Very Very bad customer service. Please dont get fooled with the nice pictures and prices. They have such poor material and hence those prices. I get all bad words but just keeping myself contained.

Really disappointed with the Saree received.Quality of the cloth is not what was advertised. Apart from a really bad finish, there are actually holes in the Saree! Never ever am I purchasing from Mirraw again.

I bought 3 layered red atones necklace,just recd. paid 890 rs but looks worse than roadside stuff. Over taht return policy is so bad that you are judt stuck with the item. So never buy fro this site MIRRAW is a cheat.the stars are already fixed by them. U cant even change the number of stars

Wish I could rate them as "0" star ⭐️, they don't deserve even 1star. I bought a four items with standard stitching . Two of my items were cancelled because the product failed quality check... can't they provide me another one of the item that passes the quality check?? Then the two items that I got they had to change the measurements I gave because they can't do as per my maessurements. In total I had to pay around 25 for the product and 22 for postage and I had to pay £19tax, is it a joke? I asked them to cancel my order fully if they cNt provide all 4 of the items as I have to pay double the product value for postage and tax. They can't as they are stitched to "my measurements". I will never buy from them and will also tell my Friends not to buy from them. Not happy at all. I am not sure how they have got so many good reviews...

I cannot give less than 1 star...but it is worth 0. Rubbish service from beginning to end and products are of terrible quality and very very bad stitching. NEVER BUY STITCHED OUTFITS

The products I have ordered were cancelled by Mirraw. They have refunded the product price but not the stitching price which I was charged during the order. Also one of the product was damaged and its dupatta came in a different color. I was told they would refund me. Its been going on from 6 months and no refund till now. I have sent multiple emails and many calls , they just promise everytime that it will get done sooner but never happens. I haven't had such difficulty with any online store so far. This is the worst store. I am not sure if Mirraw would ever refund me.I believe that's the way Mirraw chose to cheat people by cancelling the product you ordered and no refund. I will not ask any of my friends to buy from Mirraw.

They are the worst in customer service! I ordered few items and some of those were not customized to the measurements given or didn't look like anything as pictured. They don't deserve any stars. They don't need to be in business if they can't honor what they said. I have been trying to get a credit back for the last 2 months and I keep getting email saying it will be credited in 48 hours, no credit back yet!! A new person would take over responding so I have already been told by 3 people that I would be credited back. My emails on status of the credit are now being ignored, emailed few departments and still no response.
