I have ordered artificial jewellery on 2nd April of 4133 rs.amount has been deducted from my account but still I have not received any confirmation about order .its showing pending .i have checked with hdfc bank amount has been paid to Mirraw successfully .please return my money or deliver my item soon

I ordered 6 sarees and four of those sarees were under promotion buy one and get one free.I received all items in a appropriate timing but never received the deal get one free,thou its bit expensive too.One saree is in a poor condition stitches are off.Sent a request to Mirraw to explain what buy one and get one free is about.

Mirraw is the horrible company to buy your indian stuff from. I placed an order from them and they never got back to my questions for a week. When I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, they didn't do that either. Despite calling them and repeatedly emailing them I still haven't got confirmation on cancellation of my order. i just spent an hour on phone with them, on international rate/time and still my query was unresolved. Do not buy from them, you will regret. It's painful!!

Terrible experience never had before. They posted a picture very nice may be original design and send totally opposite , trash quality and color. They are fake , fraud. They are bad scam . Never go this website.
