The saree was bundled up with all the folds messed up and shoved into the package. How much time does one take to fold it properly and send it??? The ironing was all messed up. Is that how you send your products to customers? I was looking forward to the saree and imagine my disappointment at the bundled mess that i see on opening the package.
I like it. I like bright things and this fits the bill. In the summer I don't like walking around just in a shirt and this bright light weight waist coat is ideal. I am sure that I will get some comments about it.
The skirt is 3 inches longer than the given length Given length 40 Inches and made in 42 for all of them as a result I can’t wear them I have past the customer survive to refund or help with alteration they asked me pictures with measuring tape and then asked for video even though I provided them they keep asking me more pictures, What a stupid
I really loved the item, stiching is good too. The item was supposed to come on 9th but it got delivered on10th mid morning. The picture shows a big ghera of the skirt but it's more of A line skirt. Besides these two things, item is good. Happy to shop again
Worst Company Ever – Wrong Product Sent and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from Mirraw. I ordered a saree that was advertised as dark blue, but what I received was a completely different color—pure black—and the quality was far below what was promised. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive to my request for a full refund, despite my numerous emails explaining that this was not my mistake, but theirs. I understand their policy on non-returnable stitched items, but this situation is different. I received the wrong product and poor quality material, yet they continue to offer minimal refunds (starting at 10%, then 15%), which is completely unacceptable. Why should I, as the customer, be penalized for an error on their end? Their lack of proper customer service and failure to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience—buyer beware
Mirraw Customer service is not very cooperative. I ordered several items In July for a special occasion. My delivery was delayed by over 3 weeks. Products arrived were not stiched to specific size. After several phone calls and emails Mirraw agreed to their mistake they are refusing even a partial refund. After several follow ups I have not received a satisfactory resolution. My saree blouse was stitched a size smalle, the hooks and eye used are metal which do not stay closed, plus they were attached left to right instead of right to left. The lehnga I ordered had can can when I had requested it without can can. The lehnga and its choli were stiched 2 inches smaller than requested and with no margin for alterations. I have been a longtime customer but now I cannot recommend this service to anyone for fear that they go through the same drama and are given a run around by the customer service team .
I placed an order on 16th of September 2024. The goods were to arrive on 30th September 2024. I have still not received my items and there was an item that the Vendor cancelled, for which they said I will receive the refund to my original payment but I have not received it. I am an interns customer and currently I am on hold for the last 15 minutes waiting for customer service to answer my call. When you WhatsApp them they have no clue they say they are the sales team. These guys seem to be scam please don’t order from them.
I have order couple orders. If order has any issue,there is no solution. The USA phone does NOT go through. Email does not help. One of my order over $327.00 has no shipping charges but when I am receiving delivery UPS is asking $78 for delivery and they took back the goods.
The product I received smells extremely bad. It literally smells like a dead rat. I’ve reached out to customer service but they haven’t responded and it’s already been 2 months. It’s extremely frustrating.
The blouse zipper broke while trying on for the second time and haven’t worn it for the occasion that I bought it for. Sent them a email and response is: With regards to your Order No. ??? we would like to inform you that our return policy allows for issues to be raised within 7 days of order delivery. Upon reviewing your case, we noticed that the 7-day return window has unfortunately been exceeded. As a result, we are unable to escalate the issue further. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope to offer you a seamless and pleasant experience with your future orders. What a cut and paste response. They offer no customer service. Beware when you buy. Try other websites.
Very bad experience. Still waiting for tgd product which was to be delivered 5 days ago. So frustrating. This was the first purchase and will never use this website anymore or refer yo friends or family.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had from any online company. They refuse to answer emails. Stay away if you want a refund it’s never going to happen. Keep your money cause they do.
