Ear tops stud which goes into the ear that is too much thick, if it possible please improve it, because of thick stud it really hard to wear ear jewellery. Thank you

This was the gift I had ordered for my sister in law for her coming birthday...undoubtedly, she has received very timely rather earlier ....but she informed that the pearls of both the items are loose and they are coming out and many has come out while it was opened.hence..returning the order

it is very bad necklace..and the product's quality is very bad...I applied to return it...but they didn't come and pick up it......so please don't buy it 🙏🏻
