Received the item and it was damaged .it was ripped / torned in the front. Contacted customer service and the great customer service team adviced me to keep the ripped clothing with me and they will give me 30 percent discount. Why should I buy a torned clothing for 30 percent discount which I cannot use at all.i had send the pictures as well. I paid full price and delivery cost and now they asking me if I am sending it back sent it in my money. Poor customer handling , no quality service poor product quality

Fabric quality is very bad. Also item description said there is resham embroidery and dress is printed. Sleeve is shown half and item delivered came 3/4 sleeve which does not suit this type of dress style. Overall not happy with Mirraw purchase.
