My first purchase from their website is a salwar Kameez which was a disatrous experience. 1. All dimesions of bust,shoulder, waist are wrong and even they dont know nor mention unit of measurement in item descption on website . Pratibha had no idea about unit mentioned. 2.so, product ordered is unsatisfactory, obviously for no fault of mine 3. pratibha , who answers the call, promisies to register a return, send me a printable tag and logs item for pick up and asks for bank deials. 4. Manoj writes nexxt day that he cannot trace the order number. So , I mail it to him accordingly , thinking that maybe new staff or trainee who is unaware of my case. 5. Pratibha mails back that they cannot pick item for return so asks me to courier it. So, now , their unfprofessional spec on website which led to return , has become my problem as now i have to go and courier. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER . They have no words of coomittment. Im truly disappointed. Ramandeep
