I can open one of the bracelets but not the other. I don't want to pull too hard on it trying to get it open because I'm afraid it will break. Can I get a replacement??

i am very happy on my first purchase . when i did a second one there was a discount reward of R51.09 but when i went to pay it reflected the amount without the reward. Why is this so?
