I feel Mirraw have cheated me throughout, the product is in no way worth the price, it arrived late having been tried to be delivered to another country first and your customer service is ridiculous. No one calls you back and you are all so used to complaints that you exactly what to say to keep.the customer quiet. How you are still operating is a wonder. The shipping companies you use are also comparable to yourselves - rubbish, with the same attitude and customer service. I would rather pay double the money for a far superior item than buy from yourselves. I would also tell everyone I know not to bother purchasing from you. Realistically, I wish I had never heard of you or even thought about looking at your company.

The workmanship and fabric of the material is extremely poor. I can see glue stains where the embellishments are pasted. The fabric is of very cheap quality. This is something i can get at a streetside bazaar at a nominal price. Not something I expected from an established website like Mirraw. Not worth the price I paid (SG$50+). Wasted my money on this purchase. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I hope I can get a refund as I will not be using this dress at all.
