Firstly, I noticed that the material had a hole, hard to miss actually, I'm surprized it made it through your quality check- if you have one. Secondly, I was not informed of any shipping cost before the checkout. I was surprized to recieve a notification from DHL. All the costs need to be made clear before tbe checkout. I hope it's not left out intentionally to make a quick sale, because honestly, the word will eventually get around.
