The pattern on the front of the dress was poorly made, with several issues, and the overall quality was not good either, not neat. However, the colors were beautiful, and the delivery was fast and timely.
This is my first time with Mirraw and I really liked the outfit, and I did told them that I need my package before Eid, they arrived before Eid and thank you for that.
The quality wasn’t great at all!! I placed order last week $60 saari was better quality than the $85 Saari I received today. I also paid for long sleeves but they gave me short sleeves. I don’t know why? Please make US standard/ and try to make good quality please!!
This has been one of the most frustrating order experiences I’ve had with Mirraw. I placed an order on March 16, totaling over $226 for 7 items. After several delays, I finally received the package — only to find one item missing (Product ID: 4460081, $48.60). To make it worse, I received multiple emails the morning of delivery falsely stating that I requested to cancel the item — which I absolutely did not. I had been waiting for that product and had no intention to cancel. This is misleading and unacceptable. I also tried calling your customer service line several times. After selecting the "customer service" option, the line goes completely silent and disconnects. No help, no support. The missing item is still available for sale on your website — so clearly this wasn't a stock issue. It was a mistake on your part, and yet I’m the one left dealing with the consequences. I want the item shipped to me immediately with free expedited shipping — no extra charges. You risk losing a regular customer over this completely avoidable situation. Please fix this ASAP — or I will escalate through PayPal and publicly share my experience. The Funny thing was they sent me an email with return label for the item not even received.this site is became shady now.since it is a one star review I don't know they will publish it or not!
I am the oldest loyal customer of Mirraw. But lately they’re stitching services. I spent my precious hard earned money to pay for this velvet suit. I ordered size 38 I was sent 30.
This was the first time i ordered from this website. I have to say i am extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Though initially i had issues with making payments as there was some technical issues on Mirraw’s website but all good now with extremely fast delivery to Canada within 20 days of placing the order. The quality of the material i purchased is also very nice. Overall its a 10 out of 10 for me. Thanks team Mirraw!
Terrible, terrible, WORST SERVICE EVER!! Their product is of poor quality and does not match nor justify the price tag. The item display on their website does not match the quality. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AS THEY ARE DECEPTIVE! I ordered 4 items (A,B,C,D). Item (A) was no longer available and they pressed me to find a replacement which I did and it was $7 over and they wanted me to pay the difference even though they caused me inconvenience and I had a 15$ coupon for spending $150. At the end they refunded me for item (A) after 3 weeks. Item (B,C) were delivered very late and were of poor quality and did not justify the price tag. I received a delivery confirmation email for items (B,C) being delivered and ordered completed. Now I had not yet received item (D). I get an email saying that I needed to return item (D), the email contained steps on how to return with the return label. They also went and added item (D) to the previous delivery confirmation email of items (B,C) which were delivered. This all happened in one week. I responded to them and they send me the same message. I was so frustrated and responded again breaking down the entire situation. They responded saying I was refunded but not how much and they didn’t even explain as to what happened to item (D) or why was it falsely added to the previous delivered confirmation email of items (B,C). I’m still in the middle of this process and it has been very exhausting.
They don’t even deserve the 1 star, ordered a dress (Code 4230129) and it was a cheap copy of the photo shown to us, and we payed 318 dhs for that (roughly 8K INR) the material, the pants and the dupatta was so disappointing and looked nothing like the picture, to add to that the customer service was HORRIBLE, beyond horrible actually from mr. Hitesh Poojari, if you ever have to deal with him good luck, because he made me take pictures of the dress, and then made me do it again with a fabric tape and after ALLL that he has decided to ignore the emails, I have sent 5 emails requesting for a response but they haven’t the simple courtesy of even replying after we did what they requested.
Hi, For the first time I ordered a product from Mirraw with order # M786106117. This is a lehenga with semi stitched blouse. The stitching form only allows to enter chest size. Now the blouse doesn’t fit me at all. Blouse length was too short. Very bad service and now I cannot even return the product. This is new corporate style of robbing.
I ordered a dress from this website with I asked for standard stitching ..but unfortunately they sent me a dress with different material not the one I choose and I saw …very cheap fabric …they are a cheater …and even I cant return it because their rules for standard stitching no refundable . and to update my review with Mirraw ,that what happen after i sent email , the customer service came back to me her name is JANI, she was nice and she asked my about the pics and all details and the offer to return to JUST 25% which is max return she can make 19$..
