Purchased 3 items for my wife (Sarees and suit). Paid premium price, super expensive, however, products delivered were different to colours and quality shown/described in the website. Delayed the delivery by nearly 3-4 weeks with hardly any updates. We kept following up through chats where they respond after many hours, also chat window auto closes so you cant really see their responses. They claim that they have presence in Australia and overseas countries, but returns need to be must be made to India address only, that too at your own expense (which was costing me nearly $70). I requested if I can deliver in person when I am travelling to India next month, but they came up with some wierd condition that I have to return within 7 days which is obviously impossible. In summary, return from overseas is not worth it or impossible.. Buy at your own risk, not worth your time and money.

I have been a Mirraw advocate for many years. However my most recent order was not as smooth as before. I had delays in delivery of at least 2weeks. Then the stitching had been done inaccurately and in a rush perhaps. I'm sharing this ad a concern, hoping for this to be a one off scenario

I am giving 3 starts as the blouse stitching was exactly what I asked for. The lehenga in the picture is not what you get. Always see the description if the flare is 3.5 it will be 3.5 mts. I specifically asked in custom design to stich 5 mts but it still came as 3.5mts. I was disappointed as it was for the occasion and I could not flaunt the lehenga the way I have imagined.

PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE- I wish I can give them negative star. I ordered 44 size product and they delivered wrong size 40. When I reached out to them over email and phone number they have. They asked 100 questions about products over phone and I gave pictures and measurement on emails that it’s wrong size. They have not responded to my emails yet, it’s being almost 2 months now. No one picks up the call at their customer service.I already tried like 100 times. If I get lucky someday someone picks up phone they gave the wrong information and fake hopes that we are dispatching new size to you tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. There services are pathetic and I wish I would have never ordered from this site.

I have still not received my order. It's been 23 days since I have placed the order and considering that you guys are situated in Lower Parel delivery to Malad is taking an awfully long time. I have a wedding to attend in first week of December and If you won't be able to deliver the order by that time then might as well you keep the dresses yourself. Its very upsetting and disappointing that I have to follow up literally every week to know the status of my order. M630805935

It's beautiful lahenga, the stitching lady Tahira she is perfect taking measurements on chatting & giving valuable suggestions. Perfect fit . only dupatta is half of width. I will recommend Mirraw stitching team to my friends & give it 5 stars .

I ordered 2 dresses on October 26th and was guaranteed delivery for November 8th. Today is November 13th and I still have not received my order. These dresses were ordered for an even November10th so they are no longer required. I have wasted over £100!!! Customer service is appalling. I would not order from them again. I will be sharing my experience on social media. Very disappointed and out of pocket now!! Hoping that I can open a case with PayPal!!

I bought unstitched lehenga, very poor quality, material and colour different from the one in their website. Not good customer service, unable to return or exchange. I will not recommend them to anyone, very disappointed.
