I wish I can give ZERO stars!! Totally disgusting piece of work...what they posted on their site and what I received was a total SCAM!!!! The lengha was not what the picture on the website depicted!!! Never ever gonna buy anything from these scammers!!!! I want full refund...totally dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!

This Site Sucks..!!! I have never seen such horrible Customer Service Ever. I do almost 90% of my SHOPPING ONLINE AND NEVER experienced such an un- loyal service. They took my order and gave me the confirmation. I am waiting for over a week and i check the status it says cancelled . Rest is the ordeal...I tried to call them...chat with them ...such a lag waited with patience for 2 weeks or more... now they say the item is SOLD OUT. And ask me to choose an other product of same Fashion. Which i did ,now they saying i have to pay 3 times extra. I ask for a courtesy Discount. No response for that. Myself a business man..When there is a mistake from our side at least apologize and give them a courtesy Discount or attend to the Customer. Minimum ethics. Will never buy from here. I will tell all my Friends as well.

11 August 2024. Garment was never received. It was purchased in February 2024, it's now 7 months later. Upon querying the purchase, information is requested and you never hear from the fantastic "team Mirraw" again. They will not refund your money even when they are at fault. Be cautious with your purchase. I will never buy from this site again. Lesson learnt.

Order M206930783 The fact that Mirraw has requested my Identification so many times in order for my order to be delivered tells me that they are dodgy characters who are definitely doing underhanded things. This is my second time to order from Mirraw and I have received 7 emails requesting my proof of identification for Atlantic Couriers to deliver my order. Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them. I paid a lot pf money for this order and to date I have not received it. I have several emails from Mirraw requesting my identification which I clearly said was not going to be sent to them. I have heard stories of the crooked acts that they can do with my ID. I do overseas shopping with different suppliers and this is the first time, my identification was requested. Im so glad I did not send it cause dodgy people who work at Mirraw have shown me never to support people like this. They are criminals. They should be punished for their evil wicked deeds.,

Here is the original review, I give it 5 stars which is ironical of course! Worst online shopping experience ever! We ordered two clothes out of Germany as a wedding gift, to be delivered inside India. After three weeks(!), only one garment (saree) was delivered, after numerous incorrect info-mails re delivery status. Yesterday came the dispatch info for the second garment, when checking the tracking no. it said that the parcel was not picked up as the order was cancelled, which was confirmed by the seller. We requested a refund which was granted (as the goods were never delivered and the gift wrap for which we had paid was not made). Now, we are informed that we have to return the garment (which we never received) to the seller. Luckily we have two days left before the wedding to look for another present, but we will obviously never order again with Mirraw as they are unreliable. Or maybe they cancelled the second part of our order because we complained about the poor handling of the first part, trying to get rid of unpleasant customers?? I ordered 3 custom stitched Lehenga. All 3 were EXTREMELY HORRIBLY AND DISGUSTINGLY stitched. I just wasted my money. Staff were not helpful at all. And my review kept getting deleted.

Such a bogus company and return policy. They mailed my product 8 days before the time I expected it, then when I attend the weeding and my dress does not look like the one on website, bad quality, and stitched bad they said because I didn’t contact them within 7 days they can’t do anything for me. Waste of $150. I will never be shopping with Mirraw again and I recommend no one shops here. Clothes do not look like the website and terrible company policy.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with my order. The top came smaller than the measurements and the bottom was larger, but more importantly, the product was wet and smelled toxic. I sent an email describing my challenge with a picture of my measurements not matching. At first, they said no refunds for pre-sewn items. That would be fair if the measurements were right and if the product hadn't been completely destroyed by being wet during shipping and I assume molding. After multiple exchanges, I was only offered a 10% refund. It may not be worth the risk to buy from here!
