The company should be banned from doing business in the USA. I had a bad experience first time because the stitching was awful and nothing out of 5 things fit. It was a total waste of time and money. I ordered second time and this time did not include stitching with the order. This time they did not deliver the complete order. They kept sending emails that some of the items did not pass the quality check. Do not use this company, particularly for special events. Their email chain keeps going but they will not never deliver the full order. If any of the items are cancelled on their side, they promise the refund in 3-7 days but never process it. I had to ask them to refund three times last time and finally had to seek the credit card company's help to get it. They do respond to emails on time, but what good is the response if the order doesn’t get delivered as advertised.
Did not get what was purchase the magenta zari embroidery anarkali from Vega Fashion, item had no beads was just embroidery making it look cheap. Do not buy false advertising. The onion pink outfit from Vasu Sarees had minimal sequins. It looked extremely worked up on site. I had to keep on email because my order took so long they were courteous but I was expecting more. Unable to return India is too far. Gold thread was used instead of beads or sequins. M506496096
DO NOT order from this company otherwise they will rip you off! I ordered an outfit which came, but the top was different to the one I ordered and the trousers were stitched incorrectly at the front. The stitching I could have corrected myself, but the top could not be. This was almost 2 months ago, and I have messaged via WhatsApp numerous times, to be told they are looking into it. They wanted to give me a 20%Mirraw wallet discount as a gesture of good will! They sent the wrong item and they want me to spend more money with them - how pathetic. They then gave me a number to call as I wasn't happy and after 2 very lengthy calls with Hitesh and Vishaal, which was a couple of weeks ago, I have heard nothing. They are commiting fraud by making you pay for something you did not order and then not refunding you for their mistake. I asked to speak to the complaints legal team - who were very conveniently "not available". In the end I had to buy another outfit as I realised this company was not goingnto correct their own mistake. Be very careful as you will lose your money. And if anyone at Mirraw wants to check if this is a genuine comment, then look at order number M219250317.
Ordered a pink lehenga off the website and I am not satisfied. The product looks nothing like the image, it is the wrong color, and no one will return my email from almost 5 days ago. I would like a full refund and to return the product. Absolutely ridiculous that I have waited a week for a return and no one has even bothered to contact me.
The worst service from Mirraw. I bought a ready made blouse in which the buttons were on the wrong side. They said easy returns but they made it so complicated and now for a month I have been following up and no pick up done at all. I strongly recommend that people do not buy from this site.
The worst outfits ever the stitching was discussing the fabric was not as described I have never experienced such bad customer service if i had my way I would not even give 1 star
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I had a horrible experience with Mirraw customer service. They claim that they accept refunds and exchanges but that is simply not true!.
Very bad, received wrong color and bad chemical smell. Wrinkly sari as well, and stitching adjustments are not good. When I sent a complaint, I was told that the right color was sent, but the lighting is different. I don't know what lighting causes a bright red color to be advertised as dark pink/magenta. Do not trust any of the advertised colors on this website. Very disappointed, will not be buying from Mirraw anymore. Wish I could give 0 stars.
My experience with Mirraw has been highly distressing. I ordered £207 worth of clothing, but upon receiving the items, I discovered they were the wrong size. Following Mirraw’s protocol, I returned the items, incurring an additional £40 cost for recorded and tracked delivery. Throughout the process, I diligently informed Mirraw and provided all necessary details. As I tracked the delivery, I was aware of the item’s location. Upon confirmation of delivery to Mirraw, I contacted them for a refund update. Despite providing tracking evidence that the items had been received, Mirraw claimed otherwise and requested that I remove an unspecified dispute. This process extended over nearly three months, causing significant frustration. While £207 is a considerable amount for me, the customer service I received was appalling. However, once I contacted the CEO, my refund was processed almost immediately, revealing that there were no real issues with the refund. This ordeal caused me significant stress and disrupted my plans, as I could not achieve the look I desired for a special occasion. I would not recommend Mirraw to anyone unless they are absolutely certain they will not need to return any items. The service I experienced was terrible and deeply disappointing.
