The hem was 4 inches longer on the from than the sides. The skirt was cut incorrectly and some it runs along the bias and some not. Part if the skirt was long enough so strips of fabric were stitched along the sides to make the dirt longer.
Worst company I have dealt with in years. They do not honor easy return policy. Contacted them with 7 days to return and they gave me all excuses as to why I couldn't return. When I went to account it said unavailable for return even thought that's not what it states on website when ordering. I contacted them and that's when the problems arose. I received dress February 16th but just received an email April 24th allowing me to return dress but stating that I am past my return time even though I have been in contact with them since February 18th. Dress was supposed to be teal. Dress came green. Color is nothing like the picture. They refused to allow me to return product even though I was dissatisfied with the product. The return policy says "If you are not happy with product you have received return it back within 7 days without deductions." Buyers be aware. Dresses were ordered for a wedding. Had to find another dress with a different company and pay for rush delivery. They were not willing to work with me at all.
I had the best first experience with Mirraw. I ordered the Teal Floral Lehenga and chose the custom stitch option plus cancan. Ragani from the stitching team reached out to me via whatsapp to inform me that the style of blouse I chose would cut into the embroidery and asked what I wanted to do. I ended up changing the style of neck to keep the embroidery intact. I really appreciated them doing that instead of just cutting into the embroidery. The fit is perfect and the stitching looks really well done. The material is great quality and the embroidery is the perfect amount to add some bling to an already beautiful Lehenga. I was surprised to see that the cancan was sewn under the skirt (usually is a seperate skirt to wear under) and the net portion is covered by a silky fabric which will prevent it from sticking/catching onto the lehenga skirt material. I will definitely reorder from Mirraw!
Hi, I have been trying very hard to get in contact with Mirraw as I have a urgent amendment to make, but have not had any joy getting a response. Please can you tell me how best to contact Mirraw for urgent amendments
I placed an order March 13, 2023 they sent me an email saying I would get my dress on the 27 March. Instead I received an email on that date indicating that they did not have the dress available. Then I was told they will give me the dress I ordered but I have to wait another 7-10 days instead they submitted a refund. I spoke with several people who were upset with me I did not raised my voice but they upset cause I refuse to pick another dress. I asked severo times for a manager they would say no manager available. Then I got a WhatsApp message on April 12, 2023 advising me that I will receive my order on March 27, 2023. I asked if they were aware of todays date. No reply. Needless to say I never got my dress they wanted to refund me 10% of my dress cost. I advised you did not make any attempt to even get me the dress nor did you solve my issue and you want to keep my money. I advise I will report them then I was told I will get my money back. I asked to have a manager call me back no one ever called. I felt I was being scammed. I will no longer buy from Mirraw. If I could give zero star I will. Horrible service all around. Plus I was getting yelled at and it not my fault.
It's a scam! Don't order from this site! They will find every way to rip you off! I am based in Germany. I ordered a dress (order number: M102171622) and when I got it (after 1000 years), I see that it is not fitting me properly! Based on my estimation, I thought of a specific size but later I found I should have gone for a different size. Ideally, in Germany or in any civilized country, you can return the product within certain days without any question or giving a proper reason. But you can return. But in Mirraw, the answer to return is NO! First, it will take 1000 years to deliver. With the delivery process, they provide ABSOLUTELY no information/update! So you don't know what's going on with the product. And last but not the least, they have the worst return policy on earth! Not only do you need to bear the shipping cost to India, but you also are not even allowed to return the product if it does not fit you, or if you don't like it after receiving it. So if anything seems nice to you online, you order and after receiving you see it is not what you expected, then boom! you are screwed! it's your fault and you can not send it back and they will not give you money or make any exchange! It feels like they are some random needy people from India who desperately needs money and they will find every loophole to refuse your claim! Unbelievable!
Their customer service is very shitty. I ordered a dress and They messed up the measurements but they did not take accountability for their mistake. They had no urgency to resolve the issue that was raised. I had to call 10 times to get one thing resolved which is frustrating and fucked up. They keep saying they will get back after 24 hours but they never do. They never reply. They have no urgency to resolve any issue.
ZERO STARS. Very disappointed with customer service. Unsupportive and unresponsive.. Systems not in place and long delays in delivery. I will definitely never again buy from Mirraw and wouldn't recommend it to anyone . I can see from the reviews that they are really very unprofessional.
my order is M890640049 One of my White Woven silk saree is short by 48 inched and can not wear at all. I hope Mirraw will take care of this issues and deliver the right one. Waiting for their reply
As someone who does not order a lot of Indian clothing, this was all new to me and I trusted that Mirraw's website would be straightforward and easy to understand. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I placed an order for a lehenga and upon receipt, noticed that I only received a skirt, dupatti (wrap), and 2 pieces of fabric. The top was clearly missing. When I reached out to Mirraw's customer care, it took them 4 days to respond and the issue only received a response because I sent a second email. I was told that because I selected "no stitching," which is the BASE SELECTION, it meant I didn't want the top - just pieces of fabric so I can sew it myself. That wording is extremely misleading! The BASE SELECTION should be a full outfit and customers should be allowed to choose if they want the option to sew it themselves. No other rental store sets the fabric only as the main option. As I mentioned before, I am not familiar with Indian clothing and trusted that the main selection would include all the pieces that were pictured. Mirraw should be more clear that "no stitching" means no top. I thought it meant no additional or custom stitching on the outfit itself. Overall, my experience with Mirraw has been very disappointing. Customer service is subpar and takes forever to get a response. It was up to me to follow up when it should've been the company. The product descriptions were not accurate or usual. It was very misleading. I would not recommend Mirraw and will go elsewhere for my clothing needs.
