The garment was a cheap replica of the real thing they showed online. The stitching was horrible, the neck was changed from boat neck to a round neck, the embroidery was not the same as shown. When I asked for a return and refund, the customer care has just gone quiet. No response. It looks like they have even blocked my number, so I cannot get through to them anymore. This is a fraud company with fraud products. We need to wisen up.

Hello, I ordered some clothes for the Eid and was supposed to receive it by 24th unfortunately, till date I have no news from my order and the last update i have when i track the location is at Frankfurt 27th since then no update and I need to know where my order is.

I bought a necklace and it was defected. Despite sending mails and pictures to them they did not accepted the fault and just kept quiet. This kind of behaviour is not good when you have lot many competitors. Really disappointed and dissatisfied

Customer service is absolutely appalling. I have messaged and called for over a week straight in regards to my order and no one answered. I was promised my items would be here by now. No idea what is happening. I want my money back!

Worst ever site I have seen. It’s been a month I had placed order and today I received there mail that they don’t have that item in stock. Now after 5 days we have Eid, how will I arrange another dress on the last moment. Also no body was replying to my messages from last week. They are also not refunding my whole amount in my original source of payment. I am so disappointed with this. I won’t recommend Mirraw to anyone. Wastage of money and time both.

I don’t know others, recently I found the stitching form didn’t allow me to give full details so I had to write some details like arm length, arm hole circumference etc. In spite of this and also send amended measurement after I got stitching summary, I got my both shalwar stitched for wrong measurement Really disappointed.

I ordered three white outfits and one of them arrived as a cream color, instead of white. The other two pants had a mark on them, but I wasn't as concerned about that since it was in an area that would be covered by the shirt. I emailed them and they responded the first time asking for photos and why I wanted to return my item. I responded and haven't heard back since. I keep emailing and no one responds. My item is still showing as not delivered on their website, so I can't go through the return process online. It's been almost a month now. Very frustrating!! If you order from here you never know what you're going to get. You can only pray that what they send you is decent.

I ordered 5 small sized kurtas they sent the wrong size -xtra small. Mailed them about this and they said they will replace the items. But never ever got a replacement. Followed up for more three months.The quality of the items is too cheap so I cannot gift to anyone.

I bought 3 salwar kameez which in the description said patiala for the bottom style and I ordered them only because it said patiala. Once I submitted the measurements, their designer called to confirm the measurements and stated that for the pants she will put some matching material for the band and try to do as many pleets as possible to make it patiala. Now I have received my shipment and they are just regular salwar and the piece of paper they sent said semi patiala. As far as I know we did not agree on that. As far as I know there is nothing such as semi patiala and that makes a difference. I cant even wear them as they are not patiala design. My order number is M291722702. I am very disappointed that I paid for something which will go in the trash and ugly looking.
