We purchased a gift of $151 CAD to send a gift on 11 Jan 2022, The email was directly send as gift card to person. He tries to purchase a gift for himself but his wallet shows zero money. We have raised a ticket Ticket ID - 3343645 on 7th Feb 2022. Still no results. We called a customer support and he still needs time to resolve. If Mirraw cannot support gift cards why does it put on the website.

Pathetic customer service and cheap quality of product, they delivered broken chain dress and incorrect size of stitched blouse. I ordered for Diwali and they delivered after Diwali and did not give any refund or compensation. I hate this website.

All sunstandard quality. The material and stiching is absolutely bad and substandard. Total Ripoff. Will never ever buy anything from this site. Will never recommend. Good bye.

Hi, Never buy a product from this site.. i ordered a lehenga from there site and that was damaged andy husband ordered a kurta pajama.. he only received kurta with no pajama. When I tried returning the product. They said that I need to send them pictures of the damaged part. I have also send them additional images through ticket.. untill then the person responded as soon as I spoke about the issue. They stopped responding and the site is so bad that it did not even allow me to write the complete review. Such a waste of time.. they tell you that you will get you will get some cash in your mirraw website.there is nothing like that. So I will suggest everyone please do not buy from there website as the customer service is very very bad when it comes to returns. I mean for genuine returns

CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS SAYS SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU IN 24-48HRS BUT THEY NEVER DID! COUNTLESS EMAILS + CALLS GOING ON 2 MONTHS NOW...DO NOT BELIEVE, VERY LOW QUALITY AND YOU WILL BE IN A DEEP HOLE DEALING WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE (IF THEY CALL THEMSELVES THAT!!!)

IF THERE IS ZERO RATING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD HAVE PUT THAT! NEVER TRUST AS REQUEST FOR REFUND WILL TAKE FOREVER... OR MAYBE THEY DONT PLAN TO PROCESS IT!!! BEEN DEALING WITH THE REFUND FOR 2 MONTHS NOW WITH COUNTLESS EMAILS AND CONVERSATIONS, AND ALL THE TIME THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU IN 24-48HRS BUT THEY NEVER DID! DO NOT TRY IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHE!!

This is a pathetic & fraud website. I bought a bracelet costing around 500/ & received an inferior quality bracelet that is so small that it doesn't even go round my wrist. Whenever I try to return it,the website logs me out.....THERE IS NO WAY TO RETURN THEIR ITEMS !!!!!!!!!

The previous order I received I had no complaints and the items which I ordered were lovely. However after I put an order through the second time, more than the amount I purchased for was taken off my bank account and when I queried it no one contacted me back. Furthermore customs nailed me with an amount more than my entire order. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from Mirraw nor will I order again.

I ordered 2 items 3489065+3628256 and I am happy with the outfits as well as the service. It was delivered timorously to South Africa. The material and specifications was exactly what was advertised and what i ordered. Overall a happy client.

I ordered two pairs of toe rings from this site seeing it's add on Facebook. To my utter dismay, I got empty box in the courier packet. I have written to the customer care but not received any revert yet. Seems like my money and product both r gone.
