Very unhappy that my product took more than two and a half months to be delivered, it was meant for a wedding in April and I received it two weeks after the wedding. I had to keep following up or no one would get back to me
This is one of the worse shopping experience . They send me the smaller size which is not fitting at all and I contact the customer service and they mentioned that they can not do anything. it was my first time I purchased the cloths from Mirraw and I decided not to purchase anything in future from Mirraw.
I have ordered my clothing and not received it after a month. I am still struggling to find out where my parcel is. I have a wedding this weekend and don't know what to do. This is the second time I have had a problem with Mirraw and the types of couriers they use. I am very reluctant to order from Mirraw again. Extremely disappointed
Worst customer service, unreliable and frauds. I received all the wrong sized and met all the requirements for a return, even paid for international shipping with tracking. Mirraw received the items weeks ago but they are not issuing the refund and just ignoring my emails. I do not recommend.
Frauds!!!!! Please guys don’t buy anything from Mirraw, they are not trustworthy and give false commitments. One customer care told me they will provide me compensation for late delivery which didn’t happen and another told me they will call me back, it’s been a week now and no response at all. I will be complaining about them in the consumer court. I am not going to leave them just yet.
Terrible , Terrible Terrible. I’m trying to communicate with last 10 days, every night I have spent 2 to 3hrs on my order. After 10 days , I learned, no team work, just take the money , simple editing in the order is not possible. quality of cloths are not good. Not worth it to put your energy , time and money. Damaged material and worst quality and Very bad asking customer to pay for shipping. It is Mirraw responsible to perform QC before shipping. totally unhappy... Better order in India and ask your relatives to ship. which is going to cost same litter more at lease reliable
This was my first and last time to order with Mirraw. Won’t recommend anyone to order through Mirraw. Ordered 4 sarees in September, just so I receive the sarees during Navratri. Delivery was promised for the 9th Oct, which was obviously not met. Received the sarees on 2nd Nov, and this was only after a few phone calls and e-mails, to then find out one of the products was cancelled and I was not even advised. No one has a clue of what’s going on. They don’t care. Worst customer service. The App also is the worst one I have seen. Please don’t fall for especially the material type they advertise on their website. I ordered “Banarasi Silk” saree, to receive something that is semi silk. Do these people even know what “Banarasi Silk is and how it feels and looks like?? One of the saree’s I received has ink mark on it. The sarees were all crumbled. Very poor quality. Very disappointed.
Services are very bad. Deserves negative marking. Not even a single star . Customer care is horrible. No place where we can lodge complaints in written. One of my orders shows as completed but it has not been delivered yet. Another order is damaged and the company does not take responsibility for collecting the damaged product. I will never recommend this site to anyone. Delivery partner is also very irresponsible.
Is there anything like a no-star review? This site deserves no reviews. Worst experience. I have ordered some home decoration pieces vide order No M434981552 dated 23 Sep 2021 and paid Rs6393/-. I have not received goods worth Rs5145/- till date. And there is no response. Shadowfax is the courier partner. Who is the culprit? Mirraw or Shadowfax?
