worst company and bad customer service. I ordered from them one dress for $122.00 but I didn’t receive it and it’s showing confirmed then i contacted with them almost four times or more by maill and phone they didn’t do nothing about it , finally i did report problem by bank credit . do not spend your money in worst company
I ordered from Mirraw two times. The first time I received the items after 2-3 weeks after the promised date. I didn't complain. The second time I ordered, the package didn't arrive at all. I called the customer service and no follow up yet. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service. I ordered about 2 months ago. I have a lot of functions coming up. What about the money I paid? No feedback from them. I will not buy anything from them anymore. BAD EXPERIENCE 👎
Wrong item delivered, and is still sitting at my home 7+ weeks later despite my multiple attempts first by email and then by phone to have it picked up and refund issued. Mirraw continuously gives false ‘updates’ that the issue is being raised with its ‘concern department’, and has sent at least 3 emails confirming return request. This is the first AND last time I will make any purchase from such a shoddy site.
I do not have a zero or minus rating. I placed an order for two sarees in this webiste. Its a prepaid order which costed me rs. 1716. I placed it on 30th May and I got only one update about the order till date citing the courier tracking number. When I tracked the number Its not even dispatched from the source destination. I made several calls regarding this but its just a waste of time. In this website they do not care to update you regarding the order nor do they care to see whether the product reaches the customer. I have made 7 calls regading this and its a 22 days long wait. still I have not received any update or refund.
The last purchase i made was delayed by 2 months. It kept returning to the Mirraw facility. This happened twice. I emailed mirraw and their customer service is great, timely responses. They looked into the matter to get the outfits delivered. This is the first time it has happened, i usually buy and get my products in less than 14 days. Thank you mirraw.
I've purchased one item in April, but I never received the item nor I received my money back. When I've checked the tracking, I saw the item is returning back. Then tried to communicate with both Mirraw and Courrier Atlanta. Mirraw never responded me back on my queries means they are zero responsible. However, Atlanta responded to me saying after 6 hours they will update, but it did not happen. Now I think I lost my product and money both. This is the first time my experience. Be careful!!
Dress was ok but it arrived late, however I was given credit for $5.69 for late arrival but before I can order something the credit disappeared in few days. I’ve contacted the customer service thru email but I’ve never got any reply. My order number is M957131035.
