Absolutely disappointed!! Ordered on: 10 Oct 2019 Expected Delivery Date 2019-10-24, gave them the benefit of doubt as it was an international order, after 2 weeks of further waiting, I emailed to check up on where the order was, an email came back saying someone was going to contact me with an update in 72 hours..... 4 days later still no response!! still waiting..

Zero stars!! Scam alert!!!!! I placed an order on 20th Oct 2019. There is not a single update sent on my status when they promised delivery in 8 business days. Failed here itself on the service. Later, I called the customer service on the 30th Oct 2019, to enquire about the status and I swear I spoke to one of the most useless customer service reps ever alive on this planet. He had no idea about the order even when I gave him the order number nor he could get an update from his so called operations team which as per his is the reason why my order is not delivered. I called even on 31st Oct 2019 and legacy of stupid operators with no updates continued. I can only say that Mirraw has ruined it. They are so useless that an order that was supposed to be a birthday gift was goofed up. Basic service itself is extremely poor and they are clueless in terms of customer service. I might fill a case against them in consumer forum if they don’t respond to my mails. It’s a scam guys. Don’t shop here!! Tanveer 214.868.6229

I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM MIRRAW! I purchased this item provided a delivery date that would work for my event. I did my due diligence to make sure they diliver on their words. First try, I called one week before the delivery to make sure the item would get shipped. I was reassured it would arrive on the delivery date, customer service said they would expedite the order. I called next business day to check and again had to send a note to expedite the order. Third attempt - the day of the provided delivery date - I requested they ship the item that day so the item would arrive in time for my event. They tried telling me to call back India time to speak to a manager. So I did. The service in India said to call back US business hours. Yanking my tail at this point but I did, TIME IS BEING WASTED IN THE PROCESS. I called back India time the next day got a hold of the manager, requested a refund because the my order did not come on the delivery NOR did it come in time for my event. Said he would call back, NO CALL. They put me through only GRIEF. My experience was AGGRAVATING AND DIFFICULT. WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. Customer service was NOT HELPFUL, UNPLEASANT.. they gave me the run around so somebody else would deal with the issue. A complete disaster. I've seen poor service but this is the WORST; customer service is a JOKE. There is NONE.

I have ordered from this site for couple of times and was satisfied. You don't get the quality you want when you order online , i agree . But i ordered some stuff for diwali and its been more than a month , my order have not been delivered, i have been emailing everyday to confirm whats going on ,no one is responding , such a irresponsible people , you guys ruined my festival 1st thing , 2nd thing you have lost 1 of your good customer. Keep in mind , there are 100 of website like your's. Learn better business techniques . AND I M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER.

The product and customer service I got was really not up to standard. The stitching is untidy, the lining is showing when you wear it and the colour of the dupatta is quite different shade from the kameez. Requested return and refund based on the quality of the product and after number of emails and calls they are only willing to give me 20 percent on the product.

I had placed an order M516650213 on 7.10.2019. the expected date of delivery was 13.10.2013. Even after constant follow-up with your toll free no 02266484300 and the Delhivery guys, I haven't received my parcel till date. The Dehlivery guys have confirmed that the parcel has reached the destination i.e. Mohali on 14.10.2019. They are just giving me false assurances and buying time. I will never place an order with Mirraw again. I'd rate your service with negative marking.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER. HARD EARNED MONEY WILL BE WASTED. I would even give zero star if there is an option for this. Very bad and pathetic customer service. No reply to emails. If you won't follow up, you product will be in stitching for ages. They take 3 months to deliver one stitched product where while ordering they promised to be delivered in 27 days. I have been following up since one month now, there is no update and my product is not yet delivered. After following up many times, they created the WAYBILL no. on DHL but didn't handover my product to DHL yet. @Mirraw: where is my order????????
