Have received my products and wanted to return.. already created return request in portal... And sending emails daily for uodates..no one picked items nor they took time to reply to my email on time.. Very bad customer service..I never order from this site again in future..

Order No. M584075825 Wilson, It was no use speaking to you. I thought been a escalation senior person you would treat my request on priority and as per our conversation I was suppose to get call back from you. But was again ditch and no call back for whole day. Now I am getting such stupid reply as per trial email. Sorry, but it was not even worth escalating to you.

I ordered an anarkali suit and encountered significant delay. When the product finally shipped (my event was already finished), I received information that my package was apparently delivered yet I did not receive anything. I called and email customer care at mirraw and still have not received any help or acknowledgement. Very disappointed

I paid for pre stitched saree and peticoat but you sent me unstitched saree still charged me 21$ for the service. Very bad experience, I'm not buying again from you 😡😡😡😡

People who are writing its a good product is from there own company, Its a worst company, and product will not be as shown in the pics and very irresponsible, its clearly an online fraud company , I will never buy from them nor suggest anyone.

Terrible experience. Substandard quality of products, no customer service courtesy whatsoever. Very unreliable company, unfortunately it's international company, so what can you expect from a non-American seller. Very unfortunate. I had high hopes but I'll just stick with the vendors here in this country. I am so disappointed and upset by the lack of consumer value and workmanship pride in the products sold. I would never use Mirraw again nor refer anyone there. They can keep the $208 credit they promised but won't allow me to use. Thanks for nothing. What a useless company. Would love to see them go out of business.

I wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. I ordered 9 items on June 15th. My order was supposed to arrive by July 5th. I received my order on the 28th of June. When I opened it all I received was a blender. Not a single item that I have paid for. I emailed the support with the pictures of the invoice and the pictures of the blender. Now I’m supposed to wait until they find a resolution. The resolution should be to replace my items immediately as I paid immediately. I shouldn’t be the one worried about losing almost 800 dollars. First order and definitely my last order. Mirraw and their designers have just lost a lot of business.
