i did order on mar 15th one sarry. Till today no shipping confirmation. I keep getting emails stating that delivery will be 3 days delay. I hate already seeing those email. if you are not sure about the avilability dont even show in the site.. Why can't you do that???? I need my item with in two days.. so horrible experience.
Ordered 5 suits on February 19 2019, said all suits will be delivered within 20 days. Day after day mirraw sends emails saying excuses ,either suit is put of stock,or damaged, didn't pass quality check etc etc and they need more time . Last week the status was 5/5 suits sent for stitching. Today when I checked,status is changed back in timeline, and says not sent for stitching;!!!! These people are fraudsters, I lost my 100 dollars u guess .PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM MIRRAW,
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM MIRRAW. I’ve had a very bad experiences with them recently. Their customer service is awful. We have had few $$ in "My Wallet", which we were trying to use but their website did not allow us to use it. So, contacted the customer service, they tried from their end and accepted it is a problem in their website and asked us to drop an email to their email id explaining the issue with screen shots and also confirmed that they will ensure the "My Wallet" amount would not expire. No response to the emails after multiple follow up. Contacted customer service again through phone but the response from customer service representative was exceptionally bad. Due to their issues and mistake all the $$ in "My Wallet" is expired. Then they said, since it is already expired they would not be able to give it back but if we make transactions again they will add $4 back my wallet again which could be used in future purchase. They do not care about customers. Information on their site varies every page. In the FAQs, it is mentioned that 50% of the referral amount can be used from My Wallet but in the cart only 20% allowed but that is also not accepted. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY MIRRAW.
Hi I received my order today, But there is no fall, Pico on sarie and no blouse, I already paid for that that is not good. I want to know what happened my order why it is incomplete. Where I get the blouse.
was told items would be delivered by Feb 20, it is now March 2 and still nothing!!! will not order from there again. hope the items are good quality....
Very poor customer service. I ordered a dress and asked for delivery confirmation multiple times but no one bothers replying. My order is supposed to arrive on the 4th but the updates say it still hasn't been stitched!!! I'm very disappointed with the quality of care I've received.
Please know the outfits were perfect but get this. I have been in 24 email communications with God knows who and here's my suggestion DO NOY BUY THE JEWELERY. I purchased a Ganesh pendant that was advertised at 2 inches it came at HALF AN INCH. Instead of allowing me to return the item they offered me 30% off. You heard that right they are guilty of false advertising, After 24 emails later I cannot get them to take down the 2 inch claim and when I asked them if I bought another in the same class if they could guarantee the size. THEY SAID NO. Please understand that their customer service is run by a horrible platform called Freshdesk and you are NOT dealing with a person because if I was an employee of an otherwise stellar company I would bring this to the attention of the President. Mirraw loose FRESHDESK. They would rather have me write a review like this and NOT fix the problem, continue to false advertise and have the utter nerve to say right to my face they cannot guarantee that the measurments in the picture are accurate if I order another. If this is any indication of the sloppy customer service please know you will have problems. It's an AI you will be talking to ....a stupid one at that.
I placed an order but was unable to pay using Paypal after I tried several times and Mirraw also did. So eventually I did a payment from my bank in South Africa to the Mirraw Bank in Null Bazar. My bank gave me the proof of payment which I sent to Mirraw. I then phoned Mirraw several times to get my order confirmed and processed. I also sent several emails requesting this. Each time I am told that I should wait for 24-48 hours and this will be resolved. It is now a week since my payment was done, but my order is still saying pending. I am really frustrated at the service from Mirraw as I seem to be getting nowhere with receiving my order. In the meantime Mirraw has been paid but is doing nothing. I must say that the customer service with an issue like this is very poor. I am now not even certain that my order will be confirmed and received.
If I could choose no stars I would. You provided the wrong color of outfit, and now do not even acknowledge it. Pathetic service! Your company knows nothing of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly!!
